This is what qualifies as fresh food at zoup. Pasta literally been sitting around hours and mushed second you put a fork in it.
Rep would not remake the dish and couldn’t issue a refund.
Go to the maumee location, far higher quality and staff who has standards.

Terrible. No bread with soup. Told they were out of pot pie soup after we paid. No cheese or croutons for French onion soup. Careless. We will never eat here again.

We never received our food ordered for delivery. When we called and asked about the delivery we were told that they were not responsible. the manager refused to talk with me on the phone. DO NOT order delivery. there is no way to get your money back if they make a mistake. love the food but it's all pointless if the customer service can't get it in front of my face. major fail as a business.

Great joint serving up to 12 different soups daily along with salads and sandwiches. Moderately priced (not cheap) but very high quality and filling. Great staff too - super clean place
