This place stinks to high hell. It doesn't smell like food it smells nasty I can't even describe the smell. Also one observing the smoothie making it seems to be cross-contaminated so if you're allergic to any type of fruit don't get those

Went downhill bad. Ordered the garlic chicken stir fry and asked for no veggies. Got 4 pieces of chicken and all veggies. No garlic taste to it either. Very disappointed. I think it might be time for magic wok to shut their doors.

Employees had me waiting at speaker for over 10 mins and when I finally got tired of waiting , I backed out of the driveway. As I was pulling away, I could see the employees standing at the counter waving and saying bye to me. If your employees don’t wanna work, then just close down the restaurant. Your night employees should be ashamed of themselves!

I spent $50. I’ve never been here before I came 20 minutes before close. Apparently I was a restaurant manager for almost 3 years. I would never do that to a restaurant that had I known It was about to close. We just got done shopping at Walmart me and my baby. Almost 2 and starving We didn’t have a chance to make dinner yet so this was our only chance to get dinner. And I never been here so I wanted to try it. However

I will not be back. Not because of the food, but because of the man working in the window in a Superman outfit. With no name tag. At first, he made kind of like a joke and it was funny rock out with your wok out. Then I placed my order and he goes is that it and I was like yea well, can you please just add a drink? that he’s like that’s a bit much and I was like well do you think so I didn’t Understand what he meant and then he says well thank you sweet baby freaking Jesus. Which I thank my Lord every day. He’s like you usually do this every restaurant you go to right before it closes or do you just think we’re special?

I kindly reminded him that when I first pulled up like I said the very first sentence out of my mouth was sorry I’ve never been here before!
And because I worked in the restaurant business, I always leave a review always usually a very positive uplifting review unless it’s not worthy of one.
I’m questioning whether my food will spit in or not.
Ridiculous.

I had a baby crying in the backseat because she’s hungry He had a different attitude when he handed me my food.
I get it. I understand when you’re tired and you’re ready to go home. You got everything clean tore down probably you’re ready to go. You’re like yes please get me out of here and then boom you get hit with the kind of large order. You have to remember that that’s money Being made to support the restaurant that supports your job.
But you never treat a customer wrong because of your grouchiness. You put a smile on your face you make the customer happy and you can kindly let them know the hours for next time and when you stop serving for next time and then you complain behind the customers back to your coworkers where people can’t hear you.

Maybe some better control of your emotions would be advisable for The next time that happens cause I’m sure it will it’s life.

This isn’t to get anybody in trouble or fired. This is so the management is aware for better training for next time.

Insanely slow drive through. Unreal. Having to wait 30min in a 4 car line for bottom shelf food is pure misery.

I just spent 45 minutes in the line, trapped due to how the drive thru is set up. It took them 15 minutes to even take my order at the drive thru & another 1/2 hour in line to get my food, of which they screwed up twice. If there isn’t enough workers, close earlier or put a sign up. This is absolutely insanely ridiculous for a fast food joint that you’re trapped in line for. I had to knock on the window 3 times to get their attention! Horrible

Magic wok is my fiances go to meal when she has been having a rough day at work or after. This is one thing that cheers her up , no one complaint as she would put it . This is damn good.! 😊

I have been going for a couple years now Today was my last visit Employee over charged me for my order & forgot to give me part of my order I found out when I got home & called the store about my issues with order Manager on duty said they couldn't do anything about it per the owner policy My loss totaled over $6 So shame on their policies Also the food quality has gone down in the last few weeks so I guess they don't really give a hoot about customer satisfaction anymore I usually get food from there a least 2 x week at about $23 per order So I really think my true recommendation would be DONT BOTHER getting food from them because if they over charge & don't give me my whole oder who else have they scammed money out of Bad place don't bother going

Placed an order when I got off work for two of the pick 2 deal asking for sesame chicken and almond boneless chicken for each one and got home and pulled out something totally different. Feels like I wasted $20
