I live close by and have went here many many times, the quality of the food is usually decent all though sometimes they give a good amount of sauce and other times not enough. One thing that is very consistent through out all of my times coming here is the customer service, which is terrible, specifically the person on the speaker at the drive thru, they are always life less and come off as rude.

On the evening of April 4th 2024, I placed an order through the drive-thru and waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Once I got my food, while driving home, I see they didn't put the four egg rolls in the bag. I called the restaurant three times before someone answered. I told them at this point I will just be up to get my money I do not want the egg rolls. When I get there, the young worker with her very notable fake eyelashes, appears angry with me slams the window and tells the manager to deal with me. The manager is no better than the worker telling me that she voided my entire order I didn't have to pay for anything she says and to have a wonderful night. Very condescending. If you care about good food and good service, stay away from Magic Wok on Laskey.

The food is good, and the flavor is great as long as they have some made. The selection is great for variety as well. Every time I hit the drive-thru, it's a small wait to get my order as expected. Now, as for the staff.....kinda pushy and rude, one of the only reasons I don't like this location. I return because of ease to grab a meal on my way home. Easy in and out. If the staff had a more friendly attitude, I would eat here more. The restaurant looks like it's falling in a downhill motion as to appearance, but it doesn't affect the great flavor of the food.

Our order wasn’t followed. We asked for egg rolls and they said they couldn’t do it. Also, I eat almond boneless chicken with the gravy on the side, the gravy was not on side making the chicken soggy as all get out, making me not want to eat it. I normally like the food there but tonight the workers didn't want to make food. They were rude and barely gave us rice. Worst experience there.
When arriving I didn't get greeted I waited a min or two before the gentleman said go ahead with your order I order the family pack of egg rolls . I was told he would have my total at the window as I'm waiting at the window I see the same guy cleaning while sitting waiting to pay. Few mins later a lady opens the window still not greeted and she told me my total. Very Unprofessional.

My Tofu Mongolian was absolutely overly sweet. It was disappointing at the least. I couldn't eat it.
Vegetarian options: You can switch out mostly all the proteins with Tofu
