I used to enjoy coming to this location because there was a young Black gentleman who was always professional and made the orders correctly. Unfortunately, the customer service has recently declined. Staff members have had negative attitudes, and when I hand over money, it’s sometimes placed back on the counter instead of being handed directly to me, which feels disrespectful.
Because of these repeated experiences, I can’t recommend this place at the moment. I hope management addresses the customer service issues so the business can return to the level of professionalism it once had.

Service is terrible the people that do the drive thru are rude my order got home it was wrong I ordered extra beef no onions, got extra onions and hardly any beef I have been going to this location since 1992 I will never be back

I watched a dog jump the fence while ordering. I told the lady at the window and she said I hope it doesn't get hit, not much she could do about it. I was in shock. There weren't any customers there besides me. I would of returned the dog but I had my newborn in the car. The pop was flat, she forgot the sauce I asked for and she was just flat out rude. I will not be going back there.

Every time I come in there there's a young lady with glasses she's light skinned, she always fixes my smoothie and never gives me a strong matter of fact she will take the drink to the other end of the counter and make me walk to get my own straw but it was just right in front of you as you was making the smoothie she have did this multiple times and I feel like it's intentional she have this nasty smirk on her face and she's rude I always ask for a receipt and she acts like she can't hear me and walks away this is the most disrespectful area I have ever been to In My Life everybody thinks they entitled to treat people like shit and you don't have the right to say nothing back next time it happens I'm putting you on social media because there's no reason for you to act like you doing for no reason why are some customer service and respect

Absolutely trash. Ordered pot sticker crab rangoons and bourbon chicken. Pot stickers way over cooker crab rangoons straight cream cheese no flavor bourbon chicken straight burnt stomach has been upset ever since. Never ever go there again

If you don’t want to waste your time, money, or patience, then stay far away from here. It’s really not hard to work in food, it’s very clear when you can tell a persons just not trying. Food was dry, vegetables were cold, the only thing worth enjoying was the plain rice. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place went out of business soon.

Almond chicken was really good with the exception of some of the rice being a little to sticky in a clump. Service was really good and friendly. The problem i had was we went through the drive through and everything was really dark and even the sign to see what you wanted to order wasn't lit very well. Of course the egg roles where good as usual.
