I was given and charged for food I didn’t order...Almond chicken had no almonds🤦🏻♀️...sweet and sour chicken had veggies after we requested none and one of the containers had a hole in it and ruined my sweatshirt,purse and shoes....won’t be going back! Sent an email and no response!

The service here is horrible. I just spent a whole hour in their drive thru. Even though there wasn’t a long line. I repeated my order over and over, the cook even came to the window and asked how It was ordered. And they still made my food wrong. I had to go back around and wait almost 30 mins just to get my remake.

Waited over 15 for my order to be taken, finally got up to the window and ask multiple times for soy sauce told me it was in there and it wasn't, food tasted and looked like crap and they don't knkw how to answer the phone to replace your order smh.

the Veggie egg rolls were horrible....they were soggy and cold.....I have never had a problem with the food but I don't want to buy food no more from your restaurant

Had the worst experience today at the central and Holland Sylvania location. At 6pm on 4/15/20. The drive thru worker was HERENDOUS. To ask for soy sauce bothered her SO much. Along with the food. It was slopped everywhere in the box with glaze dripping EVERUWHERE. The rice was GREY and absolutely disgusting. Have visited magic wok several times with no issue in the past. Completely understand why I never see lots of business here post or prior to covid. Completely DISGUSTED.

My wife and daughter are sitting right now at your location on Central Ave. The place is packed and there are three women running the place. These three women are busting their butts and getting everyone’s order. I’m very impressed with these three! They deserve recognition for how well they are working. My receipt says the cashiers name is Raven. Great job you three!!

Laskey road location is going downhill. Ended up ordering the trio fried rice and the one employee said I couldn’t substitute chicken for beef 2nd time this has happened in the past few months. Get home open up my food and there is no chicken in my meal at all. Also the shrimp was under cooked along with burning the vegetables and my egg rolls. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened back in the mid to late 80’s very disappointed in my trip to this location.
