Mama Mary's has become part of our gameday routine. We now regularly will call ahead on our way home from Ann Arbor and will order pizza to eat on our drive. I walked in to pick up my order. I never seen and heard such an unprofessional staff. They were literally just playing around. Talking about they don't need this job. I waited for my order over 20 minutes from the time when it supposed to be ready. And it was wrong. So I had to wait another 25 minutes for my pizza. That I had already prepaid before I came up there. Or I would had just went somewhere else. I recently just moved to Sylvania and always ate at the Mama Mary's...

tried mama mary’s for the first time today! they accidentally sent me home with a mushroom pizza instead of onion. when i called, customer service was amazing! they immediately remade the pizza for me free of charge and even went out of the way to send me home with a cookie! will certainly be returning, thank you guys!
