First time here my friend took me out for my birthday. We made a reservation . When we eyed the menu first thing we wanted were the crab stuffed mushrooms and they were out. Got the onions rings and they were chewy not crispy . I think I have better service at Texas roadhouse. Coffee was cold. Sitting on more water and coffee for 15 minutes. My medium rare ny strip was medium well to well. My friends medwell filet looked like a chewy hockey puck. Definitely not worth the cost. I never send back steak but I had to. Server said it's been crazy busy and she is tired and I have empathy but it was not worth it. I am a server so I understand how draining it can be but it was not pleasant to say the least. The food was less than mediocre. Only thing I liked was the atmosphere. Blonde lady who looked like a manager was giving me a dirty look when I asked politely where the restroom was . It made me uncomfortable. I would have rather gone elsewhere to celebrate my birthday . Thanks

Great steaks from delmonico to porterhouse, great drinks and appetizers. Cool atmosphere. I have not had a bad experience or food yet. Best in Toledo

Whenever i have a weekday off, i try to remember to go to Mancy's. The best kept fine dining secret on a budget. Classic cozy steakhouse vibes complete with a fireplace. The servers are always friendly and very attentive. On Wednesday you can get the chopped steak dinner with one side for $8! YES, you read that right ... $8! It's not your ordinary chopped steak either. It made from top quality cuts of meat from one of Toledo's best steakhouses. I encourage you to give it a try.

Finally got my wife out here. It's just a great steakhouse. The atmosphere, the wait staff and of course the food are all top shelf

Had a lovely dinner at Mancys for my fathers birthday! Great atmosphere and great service atmosphere probably some of the best in the Toledo area! I'll definitely be going back

Stopped here to eat while in town for a Univ of Toledo football game. The area looked rough, but decided to give it a go. First impression was the place was very dark inside, took a few minutes for my eyes to adjust. What I finally saw looked like something out of 1960's "Rat Pack" movie, only thing missing was ashtrays. Was in for a bit of sticker shock when I saw the menu, but decided a really good steak would be a welcome change from sports bar grub we usually get going to ballgames. Bread and crackers came first, with our meals not far behind on what looked a slow evening. I had a large ribeye steak with rice pilaf and a side salad. The steak was OK, but not worth what I paid for it. I'd rate it about the same quantity as what you'd get at Outback, but 20-25% more expensive. Service was good, our server was friendly and efficient. I was also disappointed ownership does not support my 2nd Amendment right to carry my legally concealed handgun into the restaurant. Per Ohio law, I returned my handgun to my car. While I respect ownership's right to disallow customers from carrying on the premises, in the future I will take my patronage to a restaurant that wants my business.

I've been here a number of times and drive from Michigan to eat here. In all the times I've been here, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and delicious. I always get the filet and it's always tender, no fat. The baked potatoes are huge. The service is impeccable. We are always well taken care of by their resident longtime bar tender and by our server at the table. My husband loves the Shrimp Alexander and their Stoli Doli. I love the old school vibe of the restaurant. I've eaten my meal in probably every section and my favorite is the fireplace room just off to the left of the hostess stand. I thought the upstairs dining experience was fun too. 10/10 would recommend.10/10

I have been here many times over the years and it was always good, but the prices have almost doubled and the food is equivalent to texas roadhouse at best! The baked potato wasn't even good! Very disappointed, the only thing that was worth the cost was the desert... Would not suggest this place to anyone again, wont be back... its a shame when good places start to cut corners but charge more for it.

As always, Mancy's Steaks does a great job. We have celebrated most of our anniversaries here and they always do an excellent job. Angela was our server. She was nice, very attentive, and helpful. We each had steaks; a porterhouse and a strip steak. Both were made perfectly to order. If you haven't been there, please give one of our great local businesses a try!

I think it's definitely overhyped. I've gone twice and wasn't very pleased with any of the items we ordered.

Iconic restaurant, it's well worth it! The steaks are amazing and if you're there for lunch try the French Dip!!

I was treated to Mancy's for my birthday. It was our first time here and it was a great experience. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and polite, very quick with clearing plates and was just the perfect amount of attentive for new drink orders and making sure we did not need anything else between orders. The atmosphere was lovely and we will be back! Steak, crab legs, & drinks were excellent and prepared perfectly!

Nancy is a little pricey but always a treats. It's been a while since I've been there. My old job had a couple of office parties there. It's more of a special occasion restaurant to me.
