This used to be my favorite place to go. Service has declined terribly. Had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for to go boxes. Had to ask for check. Had to ask, well had to find soy sauce.

We were celebrating a birthday and we had a party of 8. Service was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. It was a little hard to talk because of the noise level but the food was very good. If you've never gone before, at BD's you go through 3 stations, one of protein, one veggies and fruits, and one seasonings & sauces. You then take your food to the grill where you watch them Cook your choices. There is also a small salad bar and a couple of soup options to round out your meal

Well , for starters we made a reservation well over 24 HOURS in advance, when we arrived we were shoved in a back room far from everything , and WE as customers had to set up our own tables and chairs .. THEN the servers first words were " just so you know since its a big party i automatically get 18% gratuity " our mozzarella sticks were frozen still when brought to us... after we all ordered our food , a lot on the buffet was running low , and the chicken had a funny smell .. I waited at the host stand for a good ten minutes because we never received silver ware... The rice was served freezing cold., We never got refills or napkins or even a simple "is everything ok " we didnt see our server until it was time for checks.. Overall unhappy , and bummed this is my favorite restaurant :/

It was a suprise 70th bday party for my dad and father's day. The server never asked or refilled any of our drinks. Not even once. Only came a few times. Would have loved a refill so we could have finished our food.

So this is our sixth time to BD's and we started coming because we love "bowls" and we usually drive a lot futher to Blue Pacific and thought we could find a new favorite closer to home. Every time we've been it's always something. The employees are usually really nice, but we've had more than one incident with food not being fresh for starters. Very poor quality drinks from the bar, we even dined once when the power was out and it was pretty dark in there, pretty stuffy because it was summer and no cold drinks. We didn't even get asked if everything was ok, or offered anything to accommodate the inconvenience. After our last experience we've just decided to not waste our time or money anymore. Sorry

Favorite restaurant that lets you spect your own food freshly frozen and cooked in front of you while gathering all of your seasonings and sauces !! Unlimited bowls are always something I look forward to with friends and family

Our server and the other servers around were amazingly wonderful. It was my birthday so I gave out cupcakes and all that got one enjoyed. They smiled and thanked me. Beautiful workers very very friendly.

We had a party of 20 and were celebrating graduation from the University of Toledo. It was a great location for a large party. Creating your bowl of food for preparation was fun. Great day!

We had a party close to 20 people on a busy Easter weekend. Our waiter was attentive and despite our large party and all other guests, our meals were grilled and served quickly. The manager even took to grilling to help keep service moving!

The service was very slow and not very good. We had a large party of 15. The server came and put the bowls for our group on a table next to us, but didn't inform us they were for us. The server also picked up the menus before our entire party arrived. He asked if we had been there before and many of our group has not been to this type of restaurant. He did not explain what to do to them, so why ask? The food was very good, though the cooks could have had a better attitude.

We pulled an EMPTY table over that was right next to us. The waiter came over and pulled it back and said someone is sitting here. Ummmmm nobody is here at any of these tables near us. I said what are you going?! We can't fit here! He went in the back and talked to the manager and finally let us have the table. Rude and ridiculous. It was a bday dinner. We will not bring a large group back. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

We go here for our daughter's birthday every year and other times throughout the year. Love the food and atmosphere. But each time we go, the service gets worse than the time before. Having to ask for a refill 3 times before the server remembers is not okay. We had a group of 11 and he only got 7 of our drinks correct. The hostess/girl who set up our table and handled the reservation was sweet and amazing though!
HTE ONLY GOOD COMMENT I HAVE IS THAT THE WAITRESS WAS GREAT. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY, THERE WAS FOOD ON THE FLOOR, THE SAUCE BAR WAS A MESS, AND NOBODY TAKING CARE OF IT. I HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION 3 TIMES AND EVERY TIME ITS THE SAME THING. I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. THE LOCATION IN ANN ARBOR MICHIGAN IS 45 MINUTES FROM ME BUT A NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. THE TOLEDO LOCATION NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER OR CLOSE THE DOORS. CLEAN THE PLACE UP.

The restaurant was a disaster! We were there around 8:00 pm. The floors were dirty with placemats from kids & food. There were not enough clean bowls. We had to wait for those to be washed. The buffets were also a disaster. There was no cover for one of the soup crocks. The salad stuff was everywhere! The dinner buffets were the same way. Extremely messy, no one was refilling or tidying up while we were there. They had run out of sauce cups. There were 4 grill guys & not very efficient or quick. Not sure who was in charge but not operating very well that evening. I don't think we'll be back to the Toledo location.
