First time at Manhattan's. Really came for the Reuben but ended up getting their Carnegie. The sandwich was big and was split between the two of us. Started off with the French Onion soup. Best I've had in Toledo. The corned beef and pastrami on the sandwich was generous and delicious. The pickled green tomato was a crunchy surprise. Free parking right next door was a bonus. Will definitely be headed back soon to try their Reuben.

We visited on a Thursday early evening. We started out by sharing a small plate of the most amazing pierogies ever imagined. Fettuccine Alfredo with salmon, a gourmet burger, and not-so macho nachos followed. Plenty of food for everyone to have a 2nd meal tomorrow. Next time we will plan ahead and save space for carrot cake. The place isn't cheap, but it is worth every penny! Carey was an attentive and friendly server.

WOW
I can't rave enough.
We had a group of ~40 for a dinner after the wedding at the chapel next door.
They have a room that's perfect for a smaller event.
We had a buffet and the food was delicious. I'd never had salmon prepared in a lemon butter reduction (similar to chicken francese) Seriously the best salmon I've had.
Lasagna was great. My son who swears he didn't like lasagna had a second serving.
Great spread. Mashed potatoes. Vegetable blend. Salad. Bread
The staff were wonderful. Very attentive and helpful.

The food was good but don't go hungry. It was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was empty and it took forever for the food to come out.

Breakfast and lunch buffet in a classic wood structured pub. Some of the food was good, others not so much. Service was not well-attentive. Prices are a bit high but somewhat fair.

The Carnegie sandwich is delicious and a huge proportion. I didn’t think I could eat it all but it was so tasty I could not stop eating it. Friendly, fast service for a Saturday night also. I look forward to having another one of their delicious dishes next time I visit.

May 2025. Great food and ambiance. A good lunch or dinner spot in downtown Toledo. Open on Monday while many other places are closed. Bar and dining area is straight out of yesteryear. Our party enjoyed fish and chips, steak and chicken Marsala. I rate the food a 10/10. Desserts available are tiramisu, carrot cake and cheese cake.

This has always been a go-to restaurant for me. Their Sunday brunch buffet is phenomenal - there are lots of quality options to appease every one in the family, including my very picky mother. Drinks are good, apps are good, there are affordable menu options as well as nice date night options. It’s a favorite.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for years, decided to finally give it a shot tonight for my birthday dinner.. 10/10! Food, service, everything was way better than expected. I will definitely be saving room for dessert next time because their carrot cake looked to die for.😋
