I have been eating Marco's for decades. In recent years I didn't order it as much because it wasn't as good as others. Today I ordered it and saw new options on the app. I got it with the thick crust, half bacon and full pepperoni with light sauce. Well done bake and garlic sauce crust. I had to leave a review because it was the best Marco's Pizza I've ever had! The best pizza from anywhere I've had in a long time! Great delivery guy too! Just needed to let you know that if you have lost your love for Marcos, try it again with a well done bake and light sauce and enjoy the browned cheese and less acid! Thank me later! Great job and on New year's eve when it's got to be a little crazy for the employees too!

Ordered 2 small pizzas for delivery. Was told 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, I called to check the status. Was told thay were on way. Told them to forget it. We went some place else. After we left 20 minutes later, they showed up with the pizza. It was over 2 hours.

Marcos is joke now days . You can't order nothing off there own website and get that deal at any store in town . So it's pointless to even have deals on there website . Ever time order lately food is either wrong or cold . They have gone way down hill .

Marco's pizza, the Monroe Street location in particular, for me has been a place I have both dragged my feet dreading to go in as well as felt the palpable excitement that a child feels the eve before Christmas (in anticipation of what the next day of work will entail).
If by now it isn't clear, I work for Marco's and have for many years now. Not quite as many years as Marco's proper has been a thing. 1978 is a long time. . .
Anyhow, this review will not touch on the food or Marco's. If you don't know by now I don't think I can help you. It will however admonish the people in the inside, on the other side of the counter.
Some of the silliest years of my life were spent there, alongside some silli-er still.
P.S. I'll touch on the food a little. White cheesy =good cheesy bread=Very good deluxe=pretty good BRING BACK THE FLORITINE!!!!
