This store absolutely SLAPS. Best pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. It literally explodes with flavor all over your tastebuds. Hot, flavorful and absolutely exceptional. 5,000/10 would recommend. Zoe is friendly, reliable and super helpful. She knocked this order out of the park. ?

We order from this Marcos all the time! This by far was the worst experience we have had… he arrived at our home, and we had not arrived yet due to traffic (they came earlier than stated). My mother in law was home but we were paying with cash. We came across our ring, explained it, as well did she. He (the driver) proceeded to then throw his bag on the porch, sign/ huff and puff and sit down on the chair. Mind you yes I know it was an inconvenience, but we tipped well due to this inconvenience.. my mother in law seen how he reacted, and said hey they are right up the street. The way you are acting, especially infront of the customer is not okay. He rolled his eyes and walked away and waited by his car. We pulled up he was leaning on his car, arms crossed and rolled his eyes when we seen him. Just all and all it was a rude encounter, and it was caught on ring.Definitely not what I expected from this Marcos..

I love Marco’s and will continue to order, but I received the worst batch of cheesy bread this evening. It was dry, hard, and appeared to have little to no cheese. It was on the verge of inedible, and I chose to throw it away.I hope this feedback can be shared with the team preparing and making the food this evening Because I know this Marco’s does a fantastic job most of the time.

Not any restaurant but my password expired so i cant order online. talked to local manger and he had no idea how to update have 2x left message at Corp phone # and have not heard back . been 2 weeks since 1st call. Not sure what everyone is doing 8 to 5 M-F but cant anyone answer the phone?

I live right down the road and have been going here for years will not be back after this last experience. Constantly forgetting items in the order. Terrible customer service and truly do not care. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

The Workers, could be a little Friendlier.People with Little Hands, Ought not be in charge of putting on Items, As the cheese on the cheese bread, was in the Middle and Very Little. The pizzas themselves, were made exactly as I ordered, except for All Over Roma Seasoning, and the Chicken was WARM NOT HOT‼️? Maybe I'm just used to the Old Workers, Who knew what they were doing ⁉️?The Delivery Driver, was ok,...Bottom Line:::When a Customer, places an Order, follow the Order the Customer Placed. The Employee is there to Represent Marcos Pizza NOT Themselves ?The Delivery Driver, Ought to have LISTENED to the Customer, Who gave Exact Directions! Do I have to give 1 star? I have been ordering from the Marco's in Parma for decades. What a mess these last few months. Last 2 times, January I got someone else's order. February I didn't get an ordered item. Today was the last straw. Placed an order 2 1/2 Hours ago. Called 3 times. Never got the order. Cancelled it. Never will order delivery from them ever again. Will try to pick up myself in the future. I could have gone to the store and made my pizza from scratch in 2.5 hours.
