Not trying to be a hater or anything the staff was very cool and helpful. However quality of pizza has gone down hill fast. The pizza was rushed not cooked all the way hardly any sauce. I get its sunday and you want to go home i would too but i was so disappointed in my pizza i normally love marcos but this aint it

I'm a regular customer. I order double pepperoni and well done. It rarely (2 out of 10 maybe) comes the way I order it.
Today I told the worker to charge me whatever he had to charge me to get the order right (triple pepperoni if that's what it takes to get lots of pepperoni's, and it's never well done. I'm not sure they know what it means) and it came the same way it always does. My kid loves their pizza when it comes made right, but we are done ordering Marcos. We will go back to jets even though its way more expensive.
Look at the picture Eric Frye left in his review. That's how it's supposed to look. Take that pizza, and just cook it until it's golden brown and BAM! You got a well done/double old world pepperoni pizza.
Wish I knew the guys name that does it right. We would order from Marcos if I knew the name of the guy that pays attention.

I just have to say this evening (2/14/25) I received the best pizza I have ever had ! My order was done when they said it would be , the counter guy with glasses middle aged gentleman I would say he’s there a lot was polite and prompt as usual . But whoever was on the make table and whoever baked my pizza , it was perfect . Not doughy and not to hard and crunchy barely any bubbles , spread well (I hate when there’s too much crust and too much of one ingredient)everything on it tasted fresh , literally perfect. Thank you!!

Pizza is always good and hot. Customer service is good and the place is always clean.

We ordered from here at 602pm and was told the food would take 45 minutes to be delivered. We'll over an hour passed and the store called us and asked if we could come pick our order up. Remind you we paid with a card so they had our money and tip. They offered 10 percent off for us to pick it up! Do you know when we arrived to the store we witnessed a delivery driver putting pizzas in the car to be delivered. This was the most unprofessional move I've witnessed from a business! Poor service! The the store refused to give us the tip back because we paid with a card. I will be calling corporate!

Unfortunately not a good experience. Ordered pizza was told 30min. For delivery after an hour I call and am told pizza was delivered. I explain if pizza was delivered I would not be calling ! Manager not polite acting as I am lying to him. I request a refund for my not delivered pizza again no customer service, I would say rude. I ask for head managers name or owners name to take care of this next day. This employee tells me incorrect info about my order but my credit card has been charged and I did not get my pizza. I request a refund now he has to call me back. After this whole experience I Will never order from this location, obviously major issues and complete lack of customer service. I did get call back first call they hung up on me , 40 min. Later he called back and said order was never made and there was a driver issue. So why was the order showing delivered and credit card charged. Beware!!!! I ended up ordering from Papa John's! Too bad I use to order from Marcos often no more!

When my son flies in we order sometimes the pizza ? and Sub and Chicken ? Wings. Delicious ?. We order Delivery as we are having to much fun. Convenient.
