Edit 7/2/2025: I spoke with John at the corporate office. We had a nice conversation about customer service and how Marco's strives to be the best but sometimes falls short. He was friendly and professional. Above all, he was apologetic and wanted to make it right. (although we weren't looking for anything other than an apology) I changed my rating to 5 stars because integrity is everything and John sincerely cared about what occurred and had to manager use the situation...
I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The Store Manager, Ashley, consistently displays kindness, patience, professionalism, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. I’m guessing that, for those who had a negative experience, it must have happened during the tiny window that Ashley was not working.
