As soon as we walked in, the aroma hit us at the doorāeverything smelled amazing. You could see all the workers busy and working hard. When we received our order, the food was so fresh and hot that steam was literally coming out of the box, right in front of my friendās coat!

I would never order from here again! I ordered a pizza š called them to let them know it wasnāt done correctly. Not looking for anything in return. I was offfered a credit or a new pizza. I explained I didnāt call for anything I just wanted them to know in case it was an online issue. Amber was so sweet and insisted they fix the problem. She offered a new pizza or a credit. I advised her I didnāt want another pizza as we waited 35mins. I then asked if the credit was going back to my card. She put me on hold and I could hear ask Dan the manager he aggressively said if I get the pizza back. Or weāll make a new one. My family had already took slices before I inspected the order so I found it insane that they would come pick up the pizza and waste the drivers time. They picked up the pizza, now I wait for them to credit my card back. This whole experience was a waste. The driver was super nice I made sure to tip him since they made him come back.

Recently ordered a order and the gentleman came my house with a attitude , cashier he called was just as rude I have always ordered from Glendale they said they could break my 50 and the guy got there and wouldnāt and all he had give me waa 20$ back bc I gave him rest the tip. The delivery lady usually comes is sweet as ever but this gentlemen was so rude .. snatched the food out my hand and itās all reordered .. asked speak higher up and they refused

When I called, I explained to the gentleman on the phone that I had a coupon for one medium, one topping pizza and order of cheesy bread for 1499. He said, if I put the special in, it will be 1498, not 1499. I said, well, that's what this coupon thinks as I said, you get it in your value, pack coupons, if they send you every month, I keep argued with me. And I end up ordering an extra order of cheesy bread, so I should be getting a medium pizza into things of cheesy bread. So we will see. But the German on the phone was so rude, it's gonna argue with a customer, when I told him what this coupon thinks as he tried, tell me he's expired, and I said, no, it doesn't expire until December, 15th of this year, and then he proceeded to say, well, what ever is it all you want? VERY RUDE I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN š”š”š”

Managerās service was atrocious. He was upset because people were ordering food. The restaurant was still open and it was Friday night. I donāt know what he was expecting.
My food was good, the service was okay. The 2 stars are simply for the fact that I ordered a cheese bread that used to come with a ranch and a small marinara sauce and now it only comes with one small marinara and they charge 75Ā¢ cent for another. Like all that bread and one sauce was supposed to be enough?

This place is a bit on the pricier side but the pizza was good, just small for the price. You can order online and pick up in store. The Hawaiian chicken pizza and cheese bread are good. Staff always seems to be working hard, and my order has been right both times Iāve eaten here.

Ordered a pizza the guy left it outside didn't ring doorbell on glendale ave.. Looked outside pizza was on porch cold called complained threw the cold mess in garage he brought another pizza said he needed the other one back told him it was in garbage he said I can't give you the pizza call manager ask him to refund me my money he said no because he needed the old one. He told me to get it out the garbage I said no u do it he said garage doesn't pick up on sunday so he refuse to give me my pizza or refund me my money. Corporate won't return my calls he said the pizza wasn't free I said I paid for it how is it free. I told he was rude didn't have customer service skill he continued to argue with me .
