Received the pictured poor quality food and didn’t receive my garlic sauce cup as usual. The owner or manager called me back following my website reported concern. He explained that, in the future, if I call the store, someone will come and pick up the pizza and replace it. However, this doesn’t address the wasted time or tip so I would have preferred the refund I asked for instead. Also, how can I trust that the second pizza will be a better quality? I don’t find wait another 45 minutes for a pizza that might be better as an acceptable answer.
As such, I just won’t waste any more money there. I appreciate that I was contacted but I’m thoroughly disappointed at the lack of resolution.

Don’t know how to follow directions and when I called the guy who answered was rude so make sure your older is correct because they have workers that clearly didn’t know how to follow direction growing up and are ignorant, and doesn’t know how to talk to people.

My order was delivered 30 minutes after the text that said it was on the way. Pizza & bread was warm but definitely not hot. Very disappointed

We order delivery every now and then from here because it’s close by. Usually they deliver the food before the estimated time so we haven’t had too many issues. Tonight, they were almost 30 min later than the estimated time (so almost an hour since order was placed) so the food was barely warm and they forgot the sauce cup they charge almost a dollar for that I paid for. Almost every time we order and get an additional sauce, they forget it. I can understand being busy or understaffed or whatever the situation but when nothing is said and things are forgotten, it’s hard to want to come back here for food.

I know it’s fast food but I walked in everyone was nice but I watched a man talk on the phone and then go back to making pizza with no gloves and without washing his hands. No one had gloves on and who knows the last time they actually washed their hands. Obviously it’s normal because when I told the manager she said don’t worry he didn’t make your food I did. I wouldn’t recommend you could be eating pizza somebody made after scratching their but.

I usually order Hungry Howie’s but they don’t deliver to my address so I pick up my pizza. Tonight I didn’t feel like going out in the cold so I decided to order from Marcos for the first time… Our pizza was awesome!! We’ll be ordering again!!
