Ordered 3 pizzas online, and drove over to pick them up. Supposed to be ready at 7p. It’s 7:39 right now and they haven’t even put them in the oven yet. Manager offered a small credit. Super frustrating experience. My opinion, get pizza somewhere else..

Impressive organization of employees and management. I was concerned because we were throwing a large halloween party and the holiday had been locked from submitting an order ahead of time. But when I eventually did place the order, it was in the oven and ready within minutes if not seconds. When I entered to pickup my order, the place was like a well oiled machine. Good job everyone. Next time Marcos wins the party vote for food choice, you'll be seeing us again!

Bank account was charged 5 times. I made a order online first, it was rejected i called the store and I was told that there is no order. I made another order and made a payment over the phone I get to the store and found out that, the second order i made was canceled. I explained to the guy that yall did 5 withdraw of 50 dollars. He proceeds to tell me, that I still owe and there is nothing he can do about the transaction. I will never use that Marcos on Ottawa River again

Google gave me the wrong location for delivery and the person in the phone was rude and hung up on me. I was ordering for a friends house and assumed google knew. Customer service must not be a thing at this location! I didnt know it was acceptable for businesses to hang up on customers. I can only imagine the food this place is serving. 🤮
I did call the correct location and they were absolutely fantastic must just be this location that hires rude people who have better things to do than there job.

UPDATE. Marco’s management contacted me and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Way to go Marco’s. Thank you. Worst Pizza I’ve ever ate! I’ve been ordering from this location for many years but on this day my family and I got ambushed. We brought the Pizzas home and the 6 of us ate until full, didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary but within minutes we started to notice and uneasiness, then within 30 minutes we were sick. I called and reported the issue with the manager who assured me he would look into it and get back with me, but he never did. Final thought, I notified them they provided us tainted pizzas that made us sick and they never bothered to call us back. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH AND WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

this is the very worst place to go for pics they make them wrong when you try to call in and let them know they place you on hold and never return this place is a dirty scamming restaurant check the logs on there inspection before ordering from this scamming store they put an item on the pizza i did not order because i am allergic to it and they still have done nothing to fix this there is no way to get ahold of the head office they have it set this way so they can keep your money without replacing your order this place is a scam

Has stayed consistently the best pizza. Always delivered hot, and the store is always very clean when i come to pick up.
I would give a lower score of I could. I ordered 4 large pizzas for my classroom. This store charged me twice. When I complained I was told the cash register just does that sometimes. I still haven't gotten a refund. I have emailed the store, corporate and I have left several messages. I won't order from Marcos ever again.

Will never be ordering from here again. Placed an order online only for it to arrive to a house down my street. Called the store when I noticed the order was updated to delivered and was told in a roundabout way that it was delivered and I was lying. While I was placed on hold I managed to find the pizza down the street and explained to the manager where I found it, now cold. Zero apology. I’ll gladly support some other business in the future
