I go here all the time but, on 4/19 I got a pizza and the woman making them had no gloves on and was touching everyone's food with her bare hands. I will no be going back after seeing this.

Took forever for someone to walk up and see if we had and order. Food was ok for being Marco's. Bread definitely needs lìtle work these days.Had coupon w no expiration date and would not honor it . Otherwise fine for fast food.

By far the best pizza around but a lot of the workers are not the nicest. I placed an order the same thing I get every time. I’m very specific about my pizza and I always tells them 2-3 times that it has to be a thin crust pizza. Well I got there to pick it up and I always check it well it wasn’t a think crust. So I pointed it out to them and the worker started to argue about it with me. I got the manager and the worker called me a liar that he knows what ordered. Needless to say they was willing to make it right but the employee was very rude and the manager did not tell him to shut up or the customer is always right. I am very sick of hearing the excuse we are short staffed and so on. Covid’s been long over and that excuse don’t mean someone can be rude. Unfortunately, for me I only like Marcos🍕. I don’t like the other pizza places in town so now instead of telling them two or three times I tell them three or four times what I want.

Sunday after thx giving 24. Grease. Uncut bread. Wet smashed ham and cheese sub. One bite every body knows the rules. Marcos is is quite possibly the worst execution of pizza and sides in the toledo area... and wherever else they sold the name. Showed up in a timely manner .

I give the delivery driver 5 stars. Everything else, 1 star. I ordered at 6:56. Was told 7:41 estimated. Called at 8:25 to see where the food was. Was told the driver will be there soon. I didn't get my food until 9. 2 hours. If you're so short staffed you should probably not offer delivery then. Hats off to the delivery guy. Otherwise. Not ordering from this Marcos again. The last time I had pizza from this location I wasn't impressed either.

So disappointed on the size of the Subs. Got about half of what they used to be about 6 months ago. You could hardly close the box a year or two ago. Now, it's hard to even taste what kind of sub it is it's so small....
