We ordered 20 pizzas paid $220 dollars today and they sent half of our pizzas burnt 🤧🤬I called and asked to speak with a manager and she told me I was lying and hung up in my face the Quality team at Jeep will never spend another damn dollar with Marco’s on Lagrangeā€¼ļøā€¼ļøā€¼ļø

This is absolutely unacceptable then u treat your customers like shh!!

The service sucks just now the lady put me on hold for a long time than a man came on the line and put me back on hold and she came back on the phone, and with an attitude told me that it will be a 2-hour delivery wait. I said I only wanted cheese bread she said but still it will be a 2-hour wait no matter what you getting for delivery she was very rude.

I called and Placed an Order Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm, I was very specific as to what I wanted on My pizza I wanted bacon , Mushrooms, and pepperonis all over the Pizza and jalapeƱo peppers and Pineapples only on One Side. When I received My pizza it wasn’t prepared as I Stated when I Call to Tell them, The same lady that took my order answered the phone, She was Confrontational with me, long story short…she said to send the pizza back, and she’ll send out another, I told her that’s ok, and while I was still talking, She Slams The Phone down in My Ear, I have been patronizing your Main Street store for years, But after this experience, I don’t think that I will be patronizing That Store Anymore.

It took almost 2 hours to get my sub and cinnamon bites... when I called in the 1st time I was told they were about to be at my house in 10 minutes and then 30 minutes went by and I called back to cancel it, Brandy the manager put someone else on the phone to tell me she can't cancel it because the driver was out for delivery. I asked if I could speak back with the manager and she yelled in the background wait till the driver get there and tell him you don't want it. 1st let me say I was trying to be understanding but when manament is ignorant and rude, understanding goes out the window.

Poor service. Only gave it 1 start because zero was not an option. They dropped it off at the wrong location and expected me to go get it from that location and bring it to them in order to get a refund. Then, when I called, the driver AND staff (all except the male staff who was new) was highly disrespectful, rude, and hung up on me! NEVER will order from here again!

I have never had their pizza, came very close. I went to the one on Monroe ordered and an hour and a half later my order still wasn't done. But all the signs for were there for me not to order from this place it was trash all on the floor and the cashiers can't hear or comprehend. Or maybe they were just having a bad day? idk but I won't try it again.
