Do NOT Order Online here. I placed a takeout tonight and they completely ignored anything I ordered other than the Deluxe specialty pizza itself. I asked for Double Old World Pepperoni, Parm + Butter Crust toppers, and a side cup of Jalapeno Ranch and got none of any. This is the second time in a row that I've gotten the wrong order from this location, but those visits were months apart and now I remember why.

The wait was stupid long. My wife and I were in line for more than an hour and a half. If I hadn't paid online I would have left but they were having issues so I couldn't get my money back so I was forced to wait.

5th time trying to order a simple pizza. I just want my pizza made right. I call and no one really cares and act like it's your fault your pizza is wrong. I shouldn't have this hard of a time getting a darn pizza. Idk who they hire but you seriously need to do better. I know we don't live in the best part of toledo but our money is still the same why can't our food and service add up to what we pay for. Again you make pizzas for a living and still can't get 1 out of 5 pizzas right. Sad excuse for a marcos establishment.

Nearly two weeks ago, the General Manager at the Sylvania location on Monroe St refused to give me my discounts for my order. I wrote a review for that location about him personally. I never heard from him, the owner, or the corporate office after I left a message at the Toledo headquarters.

My experience at the South Ave location was very different. In spite of the staff having a long day, working double shifts, and feeling tired, they STILL took the time to figure out the discount problem that the Sylvania manager was too incompetent to do. The staff on South Ave was courteous, patient, and asked no questions about anything after I explained the issue. THIS location will get my patronage. Everything was perfect, especially the staff.

By all means, if you want the full story, look at my review for the Sylvania store. (Certainly there's no one in the company willing to address any problems.) He is a miserable excuse for a manager.
But again, hats off to South Avenue.?

Management is horrible along with rude workers will never order fro.this location worst Management she was a rude lady.... does not need to be in position needs to be more in janitorial work instead. I will be calling headquarters every day to complain and she will be replaced by someone who can handle a phone and push a button better..

They don't know how 2 read. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza with no onions they ended up putting onions on the pizza even though I'm allergic to onions when I called to have my order corrected the manager was really nasty and rude it would have been fine probably if this was the first time that this has happened but it's not it's happening every single time I've made an order somehow my order is really messed up past four or five times. I even have a call to corporate I called that day and I'm still waiting for corporate to call and every time I call corporate I get the same message to leave a message and someone will get back to me and that was over a week and a half ago. Not to mention the second pizza that they fixed was really burnt like they purposely left it in there a lot longer than it needed to be way too crispy

We order from Marco’s all the time and usually we have no issues. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and a salad. Estimated delivery time was 6:25My order arrived 6:50 ice cold.My salad was disgusting looking I couldn’t even eat it. Slimy and wilted.Highly disappointed in the hour and a half delivery time and food quality.

Placed a delivery order, it was almost an half an hour late and my sub was terrible! All the meat & cheese was outside the bread, some of the bread was folded over. A 2yr old could have done a better job!
