Ordered a pizza with extra sauce a sauce cup garlic toppings for the crust and a thing of cinnamon bites got no sauce for the cinnamon bites or the pizza sauce or the garlic sauce and the pizza had less sauce then normal this was for delivery called up there and they said to bring it back up because there people don’t miss things. Junior will give me a credit because I was his first upset customer of the day um flabbergasted much.

Everytime I order here they are very rude! Last time I got my food delivered they put onion on my salad , told me they won’t deliver it and I gave the driver a 20 dollar tip, just to go around the corner.

I usually would just order a salad and every time minus 1 time I’ve gotten old lettuce and it’s just reoccurring. Y’all should have the freshest lettuce on hand smh gotta do better. Y’all be taking my money and ion even get to eat the shit.

Pizza is terrible, you order x2 garlic butter and they don't put any on the pizza but they will charge you for it and then not do anything to fix it. I will never order here again. one mistake is understandable but when it's every time? your job is NOT hard, do it right. management is also joke, you deserve the minimum wage

They never ever get the pizza order right. I ask for 2x garlic because I never get it, and I still didn't get any garlic butter. Will not order from here again. Do better.

I like marcos pizza probably the most but I wish they made it the way they did 20 some odd years ago before they changed the crust to corn meal and the sauce and ect, this marcos parking lot has been horrible since it was a wendys resturaunt so be careful pulling in and out.

I really just don’t get it . I tell myself over and over to just stop ordering from this Marcos but here and there try to give them another shot. I would not even be disappointed or surprised if this placed closed down. I worked at Marco’s for many years and we was so busy all the time. Never did we receive these sort of complaints. I’m not sure that this is necessarily an employee issue or head of house not hiring with competitive pay. I remember them being pretty stricken about our numbers. Do you all not have the employees or does the company it allow enough on staff to cover the volume of buisness. Some times I want to just get a job up there just to find out what’s really going on . Ordered my food at 5:55 it is now 7:42 it is still not here . I’ve called a total of three times once to place order 2nd to check on order at 7 again at 7:30 .
Told the order is out for delivery both times. Money was taken off my cart at 6:04 .

Pizza was so greasy couldn't eat it then was told they couldn't be remade cause we didn't call that night. We did but no one answered and the following day when we called we were told we had to wait for the main manager to be in. Then when we finally reached that manager he said he wouldn't remake them he can only offer a 10 credit on a 30 order. Will stick to Rugby as they are 1000 times better.

I ordered online kinda late and they were out of something so manager had to call me but substituted item was sad yet OMG my pizzas, bread and dessert were all so good!!! I even called them to thank them! Best pizza I've had in a long time and saved myself over $10 picking it up :) Thank you so much for some awesome service and food!! I got a good deal and this will feed me for days💜😍🤩🍕🧀🍞🥮 again thank you guys so very much for the great customer service and the awesome food!!!!

Well Marco's on South used to be the best... I ordered a large 3 topping pizza with white sauce chicken, jalapeños and bacon. There was no sauce, and the toppings were meager at best. 2 large pepperoni pizzas with regular sauce (no sauce), Mt.Dew, and cheese bread. I used to order all the time from Marco's. I won't be anymore. I figured I'd order through them because I am tired of Uber and Doordash stealing or not bringing all my stuff. It was delivered by Doordash. I am honestly done with Marco's. Sad to see how bad it's gotten...I really used to love it.

I only put 1 star because I had to but this place is the worst service of delivery the first time it took 2 hrs to get my food after being patient it finally arrived was cold gave me wrong subs nothing was good about the food nor service should if learned my lesson... well the second time I ordered again I waited a cpl weeks hoping maybe they got there service together better now been a month so I place another order I ordered at 239pm got 3 orders of wings and a cheese bread said would be 30 to 45 min wait after an hr I called the guy that answered the phone hung up on me while supposedly checking my order so I wait 5 minutes call back a lady answers and says oh well your order should be on the way sorry for the inconvenience we are short-handed as it is and had a big order come in right after yours.. so now we are at about 2 hours and 20 minutes the delivery guy shows up totally has the wrong food not my order says I will be right back in 20 minutes never shows back up so now this is 5:30 still haven't received my food I called Marcos supposedly got a refund but still waiting for my money to be loaded on my card I order what's 44.50 total..... I will not be ordering from this Marcos nor would I recommend them to anybody that is my experience with this place.....
