They never answer the phone. I've been on hold for 20 minutes. Their customer service is poor and it's been like this every single time I've ordered through them. The picture im adding is how long I've sat on the phone the 2nd time calling. And fully understand when I get ahold of someone. Now I've been hung up on 6 times.

Placed order at 7:03 pm Email stated they started at 7:05 Making pizza, called at 7:13 to ask if they could add 2 garlic cups to order but was told driver already left with order. It’s now 7:51 pm Still no delivery. Unacceptable

Placed my order 2 hours ago now its over 40 mins late. Then the dude come showing up smelling like weed wearing his pants too his knees infront of my 6 year old daughter i told him keep the food. And pull his damn pants up walking up too someone's house. I will never order marcos south ave again. Ill take my business too a place that not only can deliver my food on time but. Have respect in there appearance when delivering.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce a sauce cup garlic toppings for the crust and a thing of cinnamon bites got no sauce for the cinnamon bites or the pizza sauce or the garlic sauce and the pizza had less sauce then normal this was for delivery called up there and they said to bring it back up because there people don’t miss things. Junior will give me a credit because I was his first upset customer of the day um flabbergasted much.
Everytime I order here they are very rude! Last time I got my food delivered they put onion on my salad , told me they won’t deliver it and I gave the driver a 20 dollar tip, just to go around the corner.

Pizza is terrible, you order x2 garlic butter and they don't put any on the pizza but they will charge you for it and then not do anything to fix it. I will never order here again. one mistake is understandable but when it's every time? your job is NOT hard, do it right. management is also joke, you deserve the minimum wage

I like marcos pizza probably the most but I wish they made it the way they did 20 some odd years ago before they changed the crust to corn meal and the sauce and ect, this marcos parking lot has been horrible since it was a wendys resturaunt so be careful pulling in and out.
