They don't know how 2 read. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza with no onions they ended up putting onions on the pizza even though I'm allergic to onions when I called to have my order corrected the manager was really nasty and rude it would have been fine probably if this was the first time that this has happened but it's not it's happening every single time I've made an order somehow my order is really messed up past four or five times. I even have a call to corporate I called that day and I'm still waiting for corporate to call and every time I call corporate I get the same message to leave a message and someone will get back to me and that was over a week and a half ago. Not to mention the second pizza that they fixed was really burnt like they purposely left it in there a lot longer than it needed to be way too crispy

We order from Marco’s all the time and usually we have no issues. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and a salad. Estimated delivery time was 6:25My order arrived 6:50 ice cold.My salad was disgusting looking I couldn’t even eat it. Slimy and wilted.Highly disappointed in the hour and a half delivery time and food quality.

Placed a delivery order, it was almost an half an hour late and my sub was terrible! All the meat & cheese was outside the bread, some of the bread was folded over. A 2yr old could have done a better job!

My first time ordering here and it was terrible, We were at the drive through to pick up food for one hour and no body attended to us, a staff was sitting on her phone through out the time and didn’t get get up talk to us, so we had to leave, this is really bad and people should stay away from here, customer service is zero.

Never ordering from them again.waste of time and money. **(EDIT)** Marcos owner,you always saying "sorry" and trying to make it right but that location is still getting negative reviews...doesn't seem like anything is getting done about the issues.

If you order make sure u pick up ur own food their driver is horrible ? it took them almost 2 hours to deliver our pizza it was so cold n nasty but if you pick up ur order it's pretty
I ordered a delivery and the delivery driver stated she called and couldn’t find my house. I’ve ordered from there for so long. Please advise your drivers to learn to read instructions because I had eye surgery and I can’t drive . The manager did not want to re deliver because it was dangerous. I’ll never order again!! Poor management and poor delivery service!!!

Absolutely terrible service I've tried ordering pizza twice from here first time it took 1.5hrs to get my pizza delivered 2 minutes from the restaurant and it was cold after the delivery driver stated she forgot it was in the backseat of her car then tonight I gave them a second chance i waited 2hrs before they would answer the phone to even ask where my pizza was the man said he didn't know what happened to my order he would remake the order and send it right out after another 2 hours I call and got the same run around so I asked for a refund and the man said ok you'll get it in 3-5 business days and told me stop calling his phone no food for my family and no apology for our time wasted waiting Marcos has lost my business ,my families business and my companies business we will look for catering services elsewhere for our events

Driver was very nice! Called to find out about my delivery and the person answering the phone stated they were not taking orders at 7:46 pm. I explained to him I was checking on my delivery and he was very rude. She (driver) explained the long delay was another driver skipping over my delivery. Food was cold (gel line) throughout the pizza and the wings were the worst (slimy). Did not call the store back was over them from the first call! Definitely will never be ordering again!
