First time at Mayfly, and I'm not sure if I will give it another chance. Went with some friends for dinner. Extremely poor service. The girl working in the bar kept forgetting to bring our drinks because she was too busy talking and hanging out with her friends. I will say the food was pretty good, considering it was bar food.

I visited a couple of weeks ago after seeing several posts and a review from a local news reporter. The place itself was very nice. It appeared recently remodeled and was very clean. You have to go up to the bar to place your order, which isn't horrible when there's not many people, but once it gets busy it's hard to find the bartender for a refill.
I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was edible but tasted like it was a frozen burger with no seasoning. Then, as you can see in the picture, I got about 10 fries. I literally ate only 2 before taking this picture. I thought about saying something but this is how the cook sent it out and the bartender brought it to me, so it must be a normal thing for them. This was also my 1st time here and wasn't comfortable to complain in what seemed like a neighborhood hangout with a majority of "regular" customers.

This place is too cute! So comfortable and inviting! Everyone seems to know each other and be very friendly in the bar, there is a good natural chemistry! The bar tenders are amazing, I don’t know their names but they were great about communicating and super friendly! The food was so awesome! I got the pickle chips which are perfect and a hot Italian sub which really hit the spot!
Hamburgers are great staff is on top of things never had to wait for drinks or refills we will definitely hit this bar again well worth it

Was meeting a friend for lunch. I had the smash burger and cut fries. The burger was delish ? and so were the cut fries ? Bartender was attentive and super nice. Definitely will come back
