The appetizer, ruben balls, they are manufactured and mushy inside. Skip this appetizer. They are nasty and a waste of your money. The perch dinner....the perch was very good. The fries were limp and greasy. The coleslaw was very good. The service was good as well.

They cooked the fries in old grease and over cooked my burger. So sad

Long hair in 3rd bite of sandwich which was a Philly cheese steak sandwich. When I felt something funny and I thought it was the stringy cheese It was not it was a4-5 inch hair stuck to the cheese and bread in my mouth.I was DONE.Barmaid that my wife took it to did not seem to be overly concerned.Offered a10 percent discount. If I ever go there again (which I never will) I will play close attention to any food I order.I don't recommend any one go there. My wife and I were there 8-12-25 at around 2pm.never again. This was are first time there.

First time at Mayfly, and I'm not sure if I will give it another chance. Went with some friends for dinner. Extremely poor service. The girl working in the bar kept forgetting to bring our drinks because she was too busy talking and hanging out with her friends. I will say the food was pretty good, considering it was bar food.

I visited a couple of weeks ago after seeing several posts and a review from a local news reporter. The place itself was very nice. It appeared recently remodeled and was very clean. You have to go up to the bar to place your order, which isn't horrible when there's not many people, but once it gets busy it's hard to find the bartender for a refill.

I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was edible but tasted like it was a frozen burger with no seasoning. Then, as you can see in the picture, I got about 10 fries. I literally ate only 2 before taking this picture. I thought about saying something but this is how the cook sent it out and the bartender brought it to me, so it must be a normal thing for them. This was also my 1st time here and wasn't comfortable to complain in what seemed like a neighborhood hangout with a majority of "regular" customers.
