I know the person understood that meant crispy NOT BURNT Well I guess whoever is making the sandwiches thought it was extra toasted DO NOT UTILIZE THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALDS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS

Horrible made burgers i shouldnt have to ask to make right for second time and still mess up! Lady was rude when i ask for a refund why? I have no idea it was your workers that decided to scrape the burgers onions & pickles back on the wrapper when it wasn’t supposed to HAVE ANY! Very disappointed and wont be back at this location ever again

I came at 10pm on a Monday. Made a simple order of 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 small fries, and 2 frappes. My order was missing the fries and a burger. Then they took forever to correct their mistake and nobody was even in line.
