I go to this McDonald and the food is always messed up they don’t listen or pay attention give u a quarter pounder instead of a double and thinks your cussing at them when u explaining why ur frustrated because the fries are not fresh neither the food and they constantly messing up order

I came at 10pm on a Monday. Made a simple order of 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 small fries, and 2 frappes. My order was missing the fries and a burger. Then they took forever to correct their mistake and nobody was even in line.

I am 68 years old have been eating McDonalds for many years, not often but occasionally.Today i decided I needed a Quater Pounder. In all my years today was the first time I got a JUICY HOT Quater Pounder full of flavor. Thank You it was nice to see the some truly care about the products they are giving to the public. Also the girl that brought it to my table was so nice and kind.

Cellphones used on weekends behind counter, violating health codes for food handlers. Staff does not wash hands after toilet visits, 20+ minutes to get food ordered and visited.

Manager Jen should be fired! Not manager material at all. Came five minutes before 4. Told us to place online order because it was all they accepted , got right back in line after and said couldn’t serve because system was rebooting and nothing they could do about order.
1. As a manager you should know when the systems reboot and could of gave a courtesy
2. As I was placing she was outside smoking on headset so had no intentions of even making order
3. Sat in line for 2 minutes without anybody saying anything
4. It’s 4am and employees seemed like they could do whatever didn’t seem like a place of business but a kick it spot with no rules or regards for customer service at all.
I just started eating McDonald’s again , and I am done this time because of service . Just terrible and sent me to another location that was closed . So angry I had to make a review hope someone tightens ship cause it’s unacceptable

Ordered my food 10 minutes before change over got there 2 minutes after change over then there machines were down for 20 minutes i waited so they could look up my order and they never made it when they had time to make my order once my order was place absolutely ridiculous had to cancel my order because they refused to make it even after waiting and told me I had to cancel my order left with nothing yet I played them don't order food on there app they just might refuse to serve you even after you waited for the food and this was night shift they just did not want to do there work this is horrible service

Night shift apparently does not want to work. They will tell you they're only accepting delivery service at this time (you have to have it delivered - placing it via mobile app to pick up yourself isn't OK - will not fill your mobile order) ... or it's "cash only", hoping you don't have cash on you, since most people use their cards. Whatever they can say to get out of taking your order. They're open - but yet won't take your order. This happens too often at this location.

I was recently told they only had 2 people working and were only accepting "delivery orders" (i.e. Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc.) .... at 2:30AM!!

When I mentioned that I placed my order via the mobile app 10 minutes ago (which was accepted and I was charged for it) .... and I asked "how is that different than ordering it via a delivery service? You're telling me I actually need someone else come here and pick it up FOR ME in order for you to accept an electronic order??!!" ... I was told "Yes ... it MUST be a delivery order" by the drive thru person. They refused to complete my order.
