Bought a big Mac got one for a dollar on Alexis Road by Target well this was the out come of my big macs, they both looked and was the same, someone needs to know how to do a big Mac and the sauce where was it, there was enough on them to keep the lettuce in place and the middle bun was alone so you was eating 2 buns with nothing on it both patties if ya want to call it that was on top of one another and hell where was the meat, SUCH A SAD,SAD,SAD BIG MAC, you CAN'T call to let them know how your sandwiches was they don't answer the phone, understand they are working but come on now, so I ate the nastiest dry burnt big mac because I was starving NOT my outside cats wouldn't even eat them smh

If I could give no stars I would. I work In public service and worked a busy shift. Was happy to see this restaurant was open on my way home on a holiday and could bring home breakfast for myself and my family. The manager was at the window with the cashier and complained about why they were working that day the entire time while I waited for my food. She continued to tell me anyone who comes to the restaurant on a holiday annoys her. To top it off, literally everything in my order was wrong. I’m pretty sure on purpose to blame me for coming here on a holiday. If you don’t want to work on a holiday you should find a different job, call off or try to trade with someone who doesn’t mind the work instead of taking it out on your customers. Do yourself a favor and never go here unless you want to get the worst quality experience possible.

For the last 2 days 12/20-12/19 my food has not been fresh. I got egg shells in my sausage egg and cheese sandwich and my sausage was close to burnt and hard on my sausage and cheese muffin sandwich. Today my two sausage and cheese muffin sandwiches wasnor fresh so it will be a while before I go back because I had undercooked hash browns 3 times before that.

Every time we go there we have to wait 20 minutes or longer for food the food's always cold or wrong then please there are totally rude they don't care about their job at all if they don't want to be there maybe they should find somewhere else to work the last time I was there I had to wait 28

I work at McDonald’s, so I know how things usually go. We got ALL of our fries like this. I brought this to one of the managers attention (after a long while of employees literally looking at us and ignoring us) and she denied them being raw… do you really think fries are supposed to look like that? She told us she just changed the oil but if you did then the problem is the fact that fries were set down way too soon before the oil could heat up! And you can CLEARLY tell they aren’t even cooked. If that’s the case then you should say that to the customers and tell them that they’ll be waiting on fries, not serve them raw. However, she told us she would put them down in the oil again… nope, she set them right back down in the back and handed it to us the EXACT SAME WAY, SHE DIDN’T EVEN PUT IT IN THE OIL. She then tried to tell us that she “tested it” to make sure they weren’t raw like first of all what are your hands doing in a customer’s food? ? She made NO effort to fix the situation and honestly if that’s how you handle things then you shouldn’t be a manager at all. I hope this lady gets fired because this is not how managers should handle business
