I ordered a big Mac. What happened to the meat? It's almost see thru. Very disappointing. I was surprised that I got hot fries . That usually never happens at this location. Thanks for the hot fries.

The morning shift is great however after about noon EVERYTHING goes south. Absolutely sad nobody there takes pride in their work unless it’s morning shift. A picture of my burger and this is not the first time it’s every time. I’m just at my wits end and it’s sad they don’t care

Very lazy

Pulled up in the drive thru and waited for approximately 5 minutes. Another driver in the other drive-thru Lane got my attention and asked me if I was talking to somebody. I said no. I thought he was since he was there before I was there. Wait for an additional five. Maybe 6 minutes and decide to pull around to the windows. There was a handwritten note. All the the windows that said opening up at 7:30 a.m. or 7:40? A.m.. the current time was 7:15. When I left the parking lot there was close to a dozen cars lined up in the Drive-Thru and they were going to wait half an hour before someone even took their order. It's bad period. Food is no longer fast, the prices are stupid high. But now we have to wait longer to even put the order in that is not acceptable. I drove somewhere else. Fast food is getting very pathetic

They advertise the wrong prices and up charge everyone. The owner drake was arrogant when confronted by another customer about the issue. They wouldn't honor the price on the mcdonalds app either. Shame on them.

I absolutely love how they don’t wear hairnets! I also love how they just stare at you and let you stand in the lobby and not take your order. I also love seeing people scratch their face or hair and then keep the same gloves on to make my food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. BAD SERVICE. I am a manager at a fast food place myself, if my store did things like this, they’d be out the door so fast. DO BETTER!!!

Staff ignored our presence. Took over 20 minutes to get our food. Isn't MacDonalds 'fast' food? Kiosk is a nightmare to order food from. Staff was curt when they did finally talk to us.

I came In this morning, I was waiting at the speaker patiently, I pre ordered on the mobile app, which McDonald’s highly advertises, I let the lady know I had a mobile order, she bluntly told me “that doesn’t matter, I’m the only one here”. But I waited four to five minutes at the speaker while the car who pulled up to the second speaker was helped by the same lady. I absolutely understand the frustration working In the food industry, if the employee can’t work under pressure this definitely is not the occupation she should be in.
