I came In this morning, I was waiting at the speaker patiently, I pre ordered on the mobile app, which McDonald’s highly advertises, I let the lady know I had a mobile order, she bluntly told me “that doesn’t matter, I’m the only one here”. But I waited four to five minutes at the speaker while the car who pulled up to the second speaker was helped by the same lady. I absolutely understand the frustration working In the food industry, if the employee can’t work under pressure this definitely is not the occupation she should be in.

I didn’t get fries in both happy meals I ordered. Went inside to ask and was given fries that barely had anything in them. Maybe 6-8 fries in each container. Pretty sure there was also a mass of spit with chunks of stuff in it on my wife’s mcchicken. Unless it was from the sauce containers being dirty and the mayo went bad or got thin and bubbly somehow, spit is the only other thing I think it could be.
