came by for a sweet tea on my way into work and got accused of not paying at the second window . my total was 2.14 and i paid 2.15 and even said i didn’t need the penny lol. lady just kept yelling at me at the window telling me i didn’t pay and then suddenly dude on headset told i in fact did pay. trust i don’t need to steal a micky ds sweet tea i make bar tender cash lol. but never got an apology that could’ve prevented this review, not to mention her accusations made me late for my shift

If I could leave a negative review I would. I've never been so mistreated by a fast food worker in my life. Over the simple fact they messed up, and can't admit it. Over ranch. If that lady is a manager, there is something seriously wrong with that store and how it's ran. I hope this review actually find someone who cares at that store or in the mcdonalds company.

I emptied my bag in the drive through, returned the wrong sauce they gave me. They wanted to swear up and down the ranch was in the bag. It was not. I don't understand. I really wish I woulda came inside and dumped the bag on the counter. I'm not sure where they thought I was hiding ranch.

I tried to tell them that, in the drive thru. The lady refused, swearing she put them in the bag.

I called up to talk to the manager. It was the same lady. She told me she did not need to reveal her name and she did not make the mistake. She hung up the phone on me.

I have a nuero divergent partner, and that ranch was needed. Those sauces were needed. I tried to verify in the drive-through. Yall seriously can't do your job, and treat people the way you do, I will be escalating this to the fullest degree.

I was not nasty, or rude, I was trying to get ranch and point out to them i did not have it.

The food was cold. The fries soggy. The sauces were wrong. Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. That's saying alot.

I was supposed to receive a sweet and sour, a ranch, and a buffalo. And two extra honey packets that were purchased on a serperate transaction for $.80

The bag originally had 1 buffalo, 1 s&s, and two honey mustards. The lady made me give her back the honey mustards from my bag (which I hope they properly disposed of, that would be a health code violation) And then swore I had ranch, and it was in the bag. Closed the window and made me leave.

I tried to place a order was greeted with music loud in the background and when I said what I would like to order they said they couldn’t here so I repeated then instead of asking me what drink I would like they almost were telling me what to order worst experience ever

Long wait!
Ordered a steak bagel only steak & onion asked for no butter and they still buttered the bagel. The hash brown was cold. It felt like the air conditioner was on high. Idk these days Im just completely turned off by any fast food chain. I swear I regret it every time I gto McDonald's!!!!!!!
