Went through the drive through and the lady was very rude and when completed my order she didn’t say any thing to me. When I asked her repeatedly if I was good to pull up she said “yeah” in the most disgusted manner. Turns out I was not good to pull up, she didn’t even get my order in even tho I saw her put it on the screen.
I've only been to this mcdonalds twice. I remember after today why I said I would never go back there the first time. The first time I waited over a half hour for a cheeseburger and fries. Today I ordered a sausage egg mc muffin meal with a coke and and egg and cheese bagel meal with a Dr pepper. After being told they didn't have egg and cheese bagels and they didn't have sausage burritos by a kid with an attitude problem. He "figured out" how to put in and egg and cheese bagel. Pulled up to get my food and he put in egg and cheese biscuit down, no meal, and somehow I only ended up with a hash brown for my meal. No dr pepper, no bagel, just a hash brown...and charged for a meal....I asked the lady to change it at the food window and was told she couldn't and I'd have to go back around after waiting in line already. Come on dude are we serious. This place seems to have a serious turnover rate and poor leadership.

Pulled up to the speaker asked me what I wanted. Said my order very slow and clear. Said okay anything else I said no. Then asked me what I wanted again didn’t put anything on the bored.

The customer service is bad. I am glad I didn’t order anything. Corporate needs to clean this place up. I waited at least twenty plus minutes for cold food.

They legitimately put a medium cup into a large cup and charged for the large, and there was plastic in my caramel frappe
Gave the lady my code and 2 times she act like she got it and still continue to swipe my card after not putting the code in so I paid extra instead of getting my discount and she tried to not give me my receipt so I wouldn’t be able to see the food is cold and she had a bad attitude will not be returning!

McDonald’s is going to crap. Especially this location! Don’t eat here it’s always dirty and employees/management is out right disrespectful. There is no sense of quality control or speed. If I wanted to wait an hour to get food and still have it messed up I’d go to get bar food! Whenever you call corporate office they always say the franchise owner will call and never does! Last time I was there I waited 20 minutes in the drive through and wasn’t given the correct order and was missing food. I waited an additional 10 minutes just to get 2 items. Then the manager yelled at us customers saying if we didn’t like it then don’t come back. What type of corporation are they running? This location needs a surprise health inspector and closure.

I wana give a ZERO STAR rating but it’s not optional trashy service they can’t get an order right worst McDonald’s in the city they’ll even burn your food and still serve it then give attitude when u want a refund

Im a doordasher and they handed the order to the wrong car. I waited 35 mins to get the order and when i asked if they could remake it so i could deliver the order they said they cant because it was too much food. Lazy rude employees i worked at a mcdonalds for 2 years and any order we messed up we fixed weather it hurt our store or not

It would be a zero star but the option is not available! McDonald's is going down the toilet! From beginning to the end! My son loves #5 breakfast! I went this morning and ordered #5 for him only. I normally order a bunch of food. They ran out of orange juice! I told him HiC instead! When i paid, i didn't pay attention to the price for a single order. He only charged me for the sandwich! It's supposed to be #5 bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles. They gave me sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles (and it was actually sausage bacon & cheese mcgriddle). I told them I ordered a combo with drink and hash browns. You would think she would tell me to pay a difference and give me the hash brown and the drink and she adjusted at the cash register! Nope! The lady, i guess she is a manager, because she came to the window after the girl signalled her, she told me that i have to drive around and go back to drive thru again and order again! But when i told them what i ordered, the young girl that handed me the food she already knew the kid took the order won't do it right again! She told me either i take that order, or go through the drive thru and order again which i have to pay for the combo items separately or reorder another combo to get the extra sandwich that i don't need! What the f! That's how you solve the problem when you know your employee made a mistake? And made the customer pay for the price! You can keep it from now on! And good luck!
