Where do I start.. this mcdonalds burnt me with coffee on 03/16 and the manager tiffany is completely unprofessional. From one manager to another, work on your customer service skills because they seriously lack a lot.

I was shocked to notice after using the restroom that there is no working water to wash hands. The sink is so dry and filthy, I'm inclined to assume it hasn't worked in quite a while. As I annoyingly searched for something to clean my soapy hands with, I realized there is no paper towels, just a hand dryer. So disgusting. The worst part was the realization I have to eat the food prepped by employees who have not washed their hands, in Lord knows how long, after uniting and defecating. Unacceptable McDonald's, but I wouldn't expect anything less from a corporation that puts profits over quality and cleanliness. The whole restaurant is also a mess of food waste and germy handprints.

Buisness was bad! Girl who was running food outside and working front register was rude and had nasty comments to say about every person she had to walk outside and take food to.. I stood inside for almost an hour waiting on my food that was ALREADY PAID FOR!!! WORST EXPERIMENT EVER! WORST PROFESSIONALISM.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

I picked up an order before 11. Shows they close at midnight. They really close at 11 and our food showed it. The fries were ice cold and soggy, (almost like they were heated in a microwave) my double quarter pounder didn't have any condiments, onion, pickles. It was cold and old tasting. I believe be got served old food or they didn't want to make it fresh. I'll go to the one on secor from now on.

Waited 25 minutes for a 6 piece and a cheeseburger just for them to tell me they couldn’t find my order I had to be to work in 5 minutes at that point I had to leave and leave without the food I payed for get ur shit together

They recently updated the restaurant and it is quite neat used to be not so nice of a place because of "Riff-Raff" from the mall but now it is different and I'd take my family here to dine in
Waited a half hour for our food through the drive thru. I had to go in because it was taking so long. I go in and had to wait another 10 min. Then we leave and the order was missing a sandwich.
