Do not order DoorDash or Mcdelivery from this store, you will never get the right order. They are great if you go to the store and order but deliveries are always wrong. The stickers on the bag have the correct items but the items in the bag are never right.

My order was simple : two McDoubles no onion no pickle and 1/4 pounder plane .
What I got was a Double Quarter Pounder with everything and only one single McDouble that was *old ( you could talk because it was dried out and dark in color).
I'm a pretty forgiving man but I had two grandchildren that I had to run up to Taco Bell for supper .
This was in Toledo Ohio at the corner of Secor and Monroe . A great location so I was very surprised buy my order.

I ordered online paid I had for two snack wraps and a fry. I get to the window and get told to pull the reserve drive-through and I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes when I was at that window. I was watching four people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Why have so many people if you were not gonna have the productivity

Be careful when paying for the car behind you, I paid for my coworkers food while we were on the way to work, thought I would do a kind gesture since it is Friday the 13th… looked behind me to see her reaction and I see her paying with card… keep in mind I paid cash. I gave the worker 2 10$ bills hoping to make it easy. Mine was 6.34 and other was 7.39. I only got 3 dollars and change back… so 6.27 should have been the actual change. So not only am I missing out on 7.39$ but as well as whatever change she didn’t give me. Manager informed me she was 15 whoever is raising this CHILD needs to do better.

Order was wrong went back inside. Asked them to make it new. They got it wrong again asked for it to be made The right way, which they ended up doing. The other staff members were irritated, but the one lady helping me was very very nice. Food was cold. You could tell they just slapped together the Mc griddle bun and didn’t even heat it up. It’s whatever I guess. I just wanted my Mc griddle them shits be bussin
