Absolutely trash service food and price not worth it at all 10 out of 10 times they will pull you up and mess up your order multiple time they are a special crew

I sat in the parked drive through spot for 40 minutes waiting for my food. It was 20 minutes before anyone even came to my car to ask which order was mine. The kid the manager kept sending outside seemed nervous and was polite enough but then I didn’t even get any of my french fries? I’ve had both good and bad experiences here before but this was the worst.
Just absolutely awful service. The employees are cussing running around, not taking the orders, parking everyone screaming, and yelling at the customers. It’s just a very ratchet ghetto store. You can definitely tell the owners do not care.

I have been waiting for over 25 minutes after the boy told me to move up to the #1 space for my food and sill don't have it he brought out 2 other bags of food that wasn't mine and at lease 15 cars got there food terrible plaxe

The last two times I've been to this location, I get pulled forward to wait for my food, which I understand as I have special instructions on my order. However, they pull every single car forward in attempts to make their drive thru times look good to their franchise owners. Their drive thru times are not an accurate depiction of what is truly being delivered.This time I waited almost 30 minutes.The last time I waited an hour because when they finally came to give me my order..... They had given my order to someone else. I decided to wait even longer for them to remake my order, when the order came I was given fresh beverages, they weren't even the beverages I had ordered( I get diet because my husband is diabetic).My order was still not correct and no sort of extras or compensation of any kind were given, not even an I'm sorry.My assumption is that most of the locations in Toledo are the same franchise owner..... Which explains a lot.

A double cheeseburger and small fry should not take longer than 20 minutes. Even sadder part is that there were 5 cars in front of me waiting for their orders as well. Who knows how much longer they had to wait. I will not be visiting this McDonald's ever again.
