Come here a lot because I live in the neighborhood. Foods usually always good. Don't usually have a problem with that. They people the got working the windows tho. No customer service at all. Just stopped by to grab myself some lunch. The girl at the window didn’t ask me what I wanted to order, didn’t tell me my total, and also did not tell me that I was paid, or if I wanted a receipt. I didn’t get a hello. I didn’t get a goodbye nothing. You guys need to get more customers service friendly people. Your employees treat me like a burden. Guess you guys don’t want my money.

This one in Ohio gives you one honey for a 10 piece chicken nugget and charges .40 a piece for a couple more most of them give you at least 2 or more with a 10 piece

This McDonald’s is very close to my home and I go there in the morning and the ladies in the morning are awesome at night although it’s a different story two times this week I’ve ordered a double cheeseburger and I’ve modified and both times I’ve had a sandwich full of ketchup I’ve never once asked for extra ketchup and then when I leave, I see them snickering at each other terrible customer service and then you call and the phone is busy so they can’t take the complaint cause they know what they did.

Regularly opens late. I run my wife to work at 5am daily, I pull through about 5:05/5:10. Only about half the time do they open on time. Tofay I pulled in at 5:03, waited at the speaker til 5:07 then left. Could see everyone huddled together inside, open time was 5am. I left. Open on time or don't be there. upate 1/29/25 - same issue. pull thorugh at 5:04 am. guy in front of me is at the speaker for 3+ minutes just to order 2 unmodified coffees. I pull up, wait another 3 mins. I left because the cashier came on the speaker and said "its gonna be a good minute". Why are you opening at 5am? you are never ready to open at 5am. ridiculous.

Waited in the drive thru for the lady to tell me to hold on twice and then waited another 10mins to her never coming back to take my order. Two people after me pulled out and left. I had to go in and order and it still took 15mins.

I put in an order for holiday pies 10 minutes before arrival. Every time I get here, they tell me they aren’t made and I can have apple. So I get to wait 12 minutes for my pie instead of anyone being proactive and making them for the order ahead of time. They also wait until I am at the window to tell me rather than even at the screen so they could get a head start. So frustrating that a billion dollar company can’t keep a few pies on hand.

The food is always good. But after paying almost 17.00 and still having to pay for a free water and over salted fries, while pregnant. I think it's abusive. As soon as I complain my fries had salt packs dumped on them. Why I go here because of the great hospitality, not today. I think I pissed off the crew, wanting a free water. Cause what I paid for was bad. 😞😞😞😞
