The manager yelled at employees instead of helping out. The store was busy, but the lobby was packed. They waited on the drive thru first, and I waited 25 minutes for my order. Very unprofessional.

Do not buy wraps the worst I have experienced half of wrap had no chicken in it just sauce and some type sauce. Don’t go to this location

Terrible. Zero stars. Ordered on the app and waited 25min at curbside. They forgot my fries, so I had to go thru the drive thru, which defeats the purpose. My fries are cold, bun is hard, and didn't get the extra sauce, pickles and onions that I paid extra for. Highly disappointed

I was at McDonald's this morning order a egg McMuffin meal I got a sausage McMuffin got all the way to work to eat my meal and I did not have what I ordered let's not very happy went to the one on Reynolds and Hill

The food at every McDonald's tastes exactly the same. We all know that. It's fine. But this particular morning I needed kindness. I was disrespected earlier today and needed a place to sit and reboot. Not only was I able enjoy a clean restaurant, great air conditioning, and breakfast/lunch all under $5, but I want to give a special shout out to Renee who's chuckle, smile, and kindness helped me to reboot. I'm so thankful for her. I'm sure she doesn't think she did anything special, but she did. I hope that after reading this McDonald's management will show her a special kindness, as well! 😊

Slow service! It took them 20 minutes to make a quarter pound with cheese! Then wanted to give me cold ass fries! So then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get done! Wow, fast food! NOT! GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALD'S!

Terrible drive thru experience. They don’t know how to train or put in adequate staff and asked us to go through the drive thru line again because they deleted the order and wouldn’t take it at the window.

This is usually my go to McDonald's I just went through and got my orange juice like I do most mornings then I got an oatmeal that I don't normally get but I decided too and the sticker on top says it's expired. So that sucks.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. With no one else in line through the drive-thru, it took roughly 10 minutes to be acknowledged. From there they got my order incorrect. Only at the second drive-thru window was able to correct my order because at the first drive-thru window the young lady was not trying to understand what I was saying to her. Would that recommend go to the Burger King next door.

Customer service is really terrible at this location. I must say that it is not the manager's fault. I spoke with him, and he was very kind, courteous and professional. Now the staff on the other had will stare at you, if you ask a question they will have an attitude, almost as if they don't want to be there in the first place. I might give this place another shot but if I do it would only be because of the nice manager working at this location.
