Dropped in for a quick bite and found the lobby was closed early. Staff instructed us to go through drive through so we pulled around to order. Line was empty, however, they asked us to hold and we sat there in our car at the speaker for 12 minutes waiting for them to come back. We decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Rude service in drive thru. Employees cussing in the lobby. Had to have another employee come up to the speaker. Their system was down when I placed an order thru their app and was told to cancel it with no compensation or anything to make up for it.

It would be good if the workers weren’t lazy. Oh and they claimed their codes just “haven’t been working” so I couldn’t even use my app for anything..
Workers suck. It’s 830 and are still not open with everything on and visibly open, ordered through the app and the lady had no idea how to refund us. Now it’ll take 1-7 business days to get it. Do not come here. Absolutely trash.

While my food was already ready - I could see it just inside the window - the employees wouldn't let me pay and leave... ecause they wouldn't ask the car in front of us to pull around rather than SIT THERE! Got here at 10:05 WAITED 30 MINUTES TO EVEN GET TO THE WINDOW! Worst McDonald's experience maybe ever! Still waiting!!!
