Horrible service, takes them 10 minutes to acknowledge your presence, 30 minutes to get your order out. I was missing multiple items the customer service was horrible. This place needs new management or better staff.

I don't go out very often even though I drive for 9 plus hours a day. I bought a big Mac and a diet coke. Worst big Mac I've had and I probably only eat 1 two times a year. It had so much sauce on it and was just dripping down and smothered. The bun was hard and dry. Just gross. The cashier was rude. After I paid said nothing. Waited at the second window for 5 minutes. Need to get it together. People won't eat out no more!

Was told in drive thru got in line first and they helped the person that got there second also got Carmel coffee and 2 steak egg and cheese bagels and got sausage and I'm Muslim and carmel coffee tasted like they added 20 pumps of Carmel when I poured it out is was so slimy money wasted $18 but times are hard do not recommend at all trash all around

No fountain soda machine in the lobby anymore at this location. The service was a bit slow even though we were the only ones in the lobby(full druve thru), otherwise the food was correct and hot once we got it. The employees were a bit rude to one another as well...
