Ordered a quarter cheese plain the price was 6,59 . The meat was burned and looked old .Bun hard the sandwich was too expensive and not worth it I lost money today I would not take it back cause you never know what they will do to your next sandwich. Stop selling garbage to people or get out of the business no quality there

I went through the drive thru around 1015am. I believe his name is Gavin.. always works at the first window. He is super nice, respectful, and does a wonderful job with customers. I haven't been to this location at night, but Saturday mornings have always been a breeze for me before work. Service Industry is hard, but this kid has more work ethic and handles it with ease. Definitely need more people like him.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered on the app. Paid $4.59 for a Med hot Vanilla Cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. First off the woman was adamant that I ordered it iced. Nope don’t do cold coffee. So long story short I wanted a refund. I have the price on the app as $4.59 but her price was $3.59 for my refund. It sad McDonalds has to short you a $1.
Had this been a first bad experience at this location I let it slide but most of the time you get a side of attitude with your order, slow service or wrong order. I get that this happens as kids are working but today it was an older lady.
I just wait from now on and go to the one in Swanton where the staff is great rarely a mix up and they make unavailable on the app.

Hash browns were just warm, my Sausage McMuffin was only just better in warmth. The ice tea was the best part of the meal.

They completely messed up my order. I called about seven times to resolve it. However, the first two times the line was busy. Then they simply didn't answer after that. Seems that every McDonald's in Toledo is owned by one guy. Who I have personally met through my business. I can tell you he does not care about the clients nor the staff and is only concerned about his numbers.
