Terrible service. Had girl taking orders and doing front, bagging. She was the only one moving. The manager just lets who ever yell at anyone. Speed of service was horrible. Atmosphere was blerk and grim. No management from the manager. Cursing yelling just a bad experience.

What is the purpose of having a dual lane drive-thru if the staff is going to ignore one of the lanes?

ordered thru ubereats for breakfast at work. food came hot, got my items but i got a free item… a long, blonde, straight hair in my food. pulled it out while eating, DISGUSTING. HAIR NETS PLEASE! that is so gross. if staff aren’t wearing hair nets, are they washing their hands? is the store & equipment sanitized & safe to use??? DO BETTER!

They were out of BBQ sauce, and charged us for it without asking if we still wanted sauce, or if we wanted a substitute.

I specifically asked for no pickle extra onion because my wife has allergy to pickles the staff on Sunday may 4th at about 5:30pm said we'll the sandwich is already made I explained to them that it's an allergy luckily when I got home I checked it before I handed it to my wife no onions and there where pickles on it always an issue at this location staff clearly don't care at all.
