If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They work when they want, don't keep hours, rude, cold food. Worth an extra 5 minute drive to go to the one on the east.

Don’t ever go there it’s a waste of time waited 20 mins in line just for them to say they’re not taking orders cuz the screens are full when there’s only one person in front of me and the lobby locked they’re lazy asf and don’t even do their job honestly this location just needs to shut down

By far the best customer service! I live near the miracle mile location, and the experience today at the Cherry St location was 10,000,000 times better! My order was quick and CORRECT. The ladies working the window were polite and friendly.

I ordered an hour ago through doordash a crispy chicken deluxe meal and 2 strawberry creme pies and it was all over cooked and tasted burnt . The pies was too hard and a customer is paying their money and the costmer should not feel like they. Got played out out of there money for a meal that was terrible

Rude to say the LEAST... they ignored us when we went to present our online orders, the cashier was basically completely standoffish, And then, we get home and find that our 'big mac' is wrong, and DISGUSTING... (apparently it wasn't even FROM our order... it was HOURS OLD!!!) we got no receipts so the ignorant trash working there couldn't get a 'bad review' from McDonalds... What is wrong with the lazy workers in Toledo is beyond me.

Never make anything right, don't sit and wait for your food. You'll be asked "who you lookin fa". Every time I go there, I'm missing most of my items and NOTHING & I mean nothing is ever made right. No one does their job unless corporate is there. They then pretend to look busy. Dining room never open. Coffee? Take the extra 5 min across the bridge , they use OLD stale coffee. Never fresh

Our food was ice cold. We found it funny that when we first got there. We could use the restrooms but after that they were locked and had to ask 4 different times to use them. And still didn't get to before we left to finish our road trip

11/29/2024 I went there after visiting the hospital just to wake up to fraud alerts on my card. The drive through worker took my card snapped pictures or something and now they won’t answer there phone. I would never come close to this place if you’re looking for food.
Update: Police report filed Toledo PD wouldn’t help with anything, the “morning” manger wouldn’t give a store manger number so I can talk to them about the issue just to end up getting some attitude and told there is nothing they can do. I really hope this is closed down soon please stay far far away from this place.

NEVER open when they claim to be. Lobby is closed more than any place I have seen in my life. Sunday at 10:30 am, lobby closed. Guess they do not need money at this location. Also, actual hours are not posted. Does not answer phone calls. Tired of coming here and it not being open!
