The food was cold, they forgot 2 of my Blueberry pies, the doordash bag wasn't even closed, I got everything except my 2 pies I was supposed to have 4. I think this McDonald's is just lazy and need better employees they literally suck

I ordered through doordash and they had the dasher waiting while they took their sweet time taking a 20 minute smoke break. I know this because the dasher told me so. And the dasher told me the manager was outside as well. As a manager, they should know better. I work in fast food myself, and when we have orders, we get them out. Do better.

Crazy Things
So I went to McDonald's about a week ago with a mobile order I had placed while at work,I got to McDonald's and they told me they had the order in their system but couldn't cash it out and couldn't complete my order so I tried to just cancel the order and the app tells me I can't cancel it bc it's already in progress I had to then wait 2 days for a refund and had to go elsewhere to get food and as we all know around 11pm there is nowhere really open to eat at, over all I ended up having to spend $89 that night just to get some food and hope the refund went through luckily it did but over all just a very bad experience only location I've ever had a big problem with so far

I have dash cam footage of 3 employees laughing chasing and yelling at an autistic customer. Over a 50cent upgrade drink. Will be posting on social media and sending to every local and national media outlet I possibly can if not contacted asap. I’m livid.
Door dashed a cheeseburger meal , with no cheese extra ketchup an extra mustard gave me a meal with cheese an nothing extra but the tag says it.

Terrible service!!! Food was completely cold!! Gave us the wrong order drinks were melted. The machine don’t work!! Employees were all rude!!! They were standing around. Left order seating on the counter TOOK BACK THE ORDER THAT WAS WRONG🤢” put the counter never throw it away.
