430am and there were 3 to 4 workers screaming and yelling in background in kitchen... order took forever and was incorrect. Wife was scared to eat the meal due to very unprofessional atmosphere. This place needs work and some supervision in the early am... Sad really

they absolutely suck. they said the lobby is closed so we went to order through the drive thru and we waited for thirty minutes with no word or sign of anybody, someone finally comes to the window and says they aren’t taking orders rn, at 9pm? make it make sense mind you workers were literally sitting outside in there car while at least 4 cars were in the drive thru, they are just hiring anyone at this point, do better at your job or find a new one.

They forgot a six piece nugget Joe said it was in the bag we so no only one of the 2 was in the bag he swore both was in the bag we emptied the bag in front of him he then proceeded to call us liars by saying we only ordered 1 6pc and we showed him the receipt on our mobile order he then threatened to call the cops if didn't move up and wait for our nuggets then he had the manager juju come to the window and he wanted to argue with us. We told them we were recording and their whole deminor changed. In the process our 2 mobile orders got freezing cold and our frappes were melted. Personally shitty customer service not a great idea to argue with a customer. And the entire time of us waiting the customers in line behind us were probably getting irritated for having to wait while they wanted to argue with us over a 6piece nugget.
Parking: Lots of parking since no one really wants to go somewhere they are called a liar with receipt in hand and watch an employee throw a fit because he didn't get his way

This place exemplifies the stereotype of going to McDonald's. I don't even have to go in to know what type of experience this will be.
I only came here to charge my truck. Thought about going in. Doors were locked during breakfast hours. I look inside, and all the workers were just goofing off. Cars drive up, and they leaveve because the workers don't do their job serve the customers. When there are no cars, they go hang out in their car.
This is why McDonald's is trash. It is honestly amazing how McDonald's maintains a consistently low level of quality amongst nearly every location. I mean at this point you just gotta respect it.
Proud to say it's been years since I've had a meal at McDonald's. And I plan to keep it that way.

Just tried to come through the drive through,11/17/2024 approximately 1:00am. Says you guys are open 24 hours. The lights were on, m one inside. But there were two cars outside, looking like they were having a smoke session in the parking lot. We slowly pulled up to the windows to see if anyone was inside, that’s how we know no one was inside. Do better Nigh Shift employees, shouldn’t be getting paid amount of money if you don’t have work ethnicities…
