Men's bathroom was disgusting, there were no Dividers between the urinals, staff never acknowledged my coworker who was standing at the counter trying to pay. On top of all that the back of the restaurant was filled with smoke, employees showed no sense of urgency despite the number of orders on the screen and multiple workers would walk into the lobby to talk and the manager had to keep coming out to get them to do their job.

It's 3:00 in the afternoon on Saturday and all the doors are locked. No signs explaining what's going on. People using the drive-thru but I would like to go inside and use the restroom. I've never heard of a McDonald's that is allowed to lock the doors to the public during regular operating hours.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon deluxe and I used the app for a free medium fry. My double quarter pounder wasn't a deluxe and I realized it after taking one bite while driving I went back let them know and I was told they were going to replace my order and make it right. I received my supposed new order that was the same bitten sandwich instead of making it fresh correctly and they gave me a small fry instead of the medium I had at first and the fry was old cold and soggy. I wasn't going to go back to complain again for fear that I was going to receive something even worse this was the third shift I have never had an issue like this before and I don't think I'll return to that location ever again unless it's for a refund for this food I'm not going to eat can't trust it after this experience I only wish I could post the pictures I have of this horrible oder!!!

This location is an absolute dumpster fire and ironically when I got there, the entire lobby was filled with smoke because apparently they actually caught something on fire. I'm a delivery driver and they are absolutely the most unprofessional rude ignorant McDonald workers in the city of Toledo. And trust me - I don't hold a high standard for fast food employees in general. Not because it's fast food or McDonald's but because it's generally Younger kids working and what have you. No judgment there tho - you gotta do what you gotta do. A hustle is a hustle. Yet somehow they fall manage to fall far below my low threshold of standards. The bar is in hell. Hell it's Down further than hell.
I waited for 20 minutes as a delivery driver for someone to mearly acknowledge my existence and it never happened. Ended up going through the drive-through is that was the only place that they were paying any attention. There was a lobby full of 20+ people waiting to be acknowledged. I was told that I could pick up the order via drive-throughby the guy on the headset yet when I got to the second window to pick up SD order - the lady l manager or whatever her position was - she seem to be in charge was unbelievably rude and condescending while telling me that I had to come into the lobby to pick up the order where I wasn't getting the order. When I explained to them that I had already been in the lobby waiting 20 minutes and hadn't received so much as a glance in my direction let alone service of any kind - they just closed the window on me. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. Terrible service. And when I did get the food, they were missing half of the order. Drive the extra 10-15 minutes and go to literally ANY other location l than this one, and save yourself that headache, for real. I don't normally leave reviews but I would give zero stars if I could

Been to this place 5 times and every single time they ask at the second window what did I order. I mean come on its so damn crazy how poorly managed thus place is to where they cant communicate 10feet from window to window on what orders are. Then they still bring me the wrong order

This is the second Mc Donalds in the area that has told me to pull to the 3rd window, then promptly forgot about me. All I asked for was a quarter pounder with cheese. Went back to the window after almost 10 minutes and remarked that I had been sitting there waiting, and was told they're just making it now. Why wouldn't you start making it when it was ordered? It's just an excuse. The last time I went to a McDonald's I waited almost 15 minutes before finally going inside just to get an apple pie. What is going on with the McDonald's in the Toledo area? It's so frustrating, especially if you're on a time crunch.

Was the last car in the Drive-Thru and there is two lanes to order from we're waiting and waiting and waiting, a car pulls up and the other lane and they take their order first, wound up leaving and going to a different McDonald's service is absolutely horrendous this has happened on multiple occasions.
