I asked them to remake my sandwich , asked for only ketchup on my burger and everything was on there so they took my sandwich back threw the window and just wiped it off and gave it back to me with onions and all the stuff like still wipped on there still I have a bad reaction with onions and can’t even touch them this is crazy .

Waited forever for our food and it was nothing special. They had us pull ahead and I think they forgot about us. After 15 mins I went in and got out food. It was old and not even hot/warm. Fries were horrible. Only thing good was my sweet tea.

It's McDonald's. 🤷🏿♂️ They're the slowest McD in Toledo tho istg. Workers hate working. I say hi they look at me like I have 2 noses. I say thank you, they close the window on me. Horrible customer service. Fries are always old. You get what you pay for.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they decided to stop taking the orders for one of the speakers randomly. Do not go here if you can't wait 30 plus minutes for some McDonalds.
Once again our order was messed up I mean who orders three meal deals waits over 25 minutes for them because of some frappe issues I mean I come through here at least 10 times a week and at least three of those 10 times I ended up leaving because that's what I come there for if I can't get the frappe I will not order and it's supposed to be available to you close or until you have to shut the machine down to close I know I used to be a swing manager for McDonald's so there's no excuse and then every single time we've come through here our order is messed up the good thing is y'all are willing to fix it that's what I always call it in because I get fed up with it anyways I still love McDonald's ....

The employees in this place have the worst attitude! They just watched me standing at the counter waiting to order with my grandkids. This went on for probably 10 minutes. Then the girl comes to the counter after giving me dirty looks the whole time and doesn't greet me or anything just stands there waiting for my order. I also watched her throw an order across the counter for a door dash driver. If I didn't ave my grandkids I would have left and probably told them how I felt. The manager was there and also just kept looking at me not helping.

I rarely write bad reviews but ive had it with this location. I placed a mobile order here for my lunch break during my work day. They had 15 minutes in between the order being placed and the time I arrived to complete it. When I got there I wasn't greeted for a solid 10 minutes. When I was finally greeted I was told they had no record of the order. I showed her my phone and it "went away" they refused to make the order and when I got upset about the inconvenience saying they're always messing up the manager began to yell at me. She refused to refund me, refused to make the order and had a horrible overall attitude. This mcdonalds is garbage. The attitudes suck. They're only there for a paycheck they don't care what they serve you or how soon you get it. Ive gotten the wrong sandwich. The wrong food handed to me thru the drive through window and taken back in which is against regulations. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
