Before moving our here last time I went to this McDonald's was around 2016 and it WAS AWFUL! Since moving out here at the beginning of this year I have never had a problem since. Food is good, staff is nice, and service is just exemplary every time I go in there. Extra kudos to whichever GM went in there and cleaned that place up!

I would post my experience of the food but they never made my order. Placed an online order at 1:43 get there to pick my food up at 2:07 so 24 minutes later I got off work at 2. They didn’t answer the speaker multiple times (I waited a good few minutes between saying hello) so I pulled around to the window the first kid was rude to me like It was my fault they didn’t answer the speaker then got another person to take care of me who said they didn’t make my order and proceeded to tell me the reason was because they switched over to breakfast at 2 ok than why wasn’t my order made when I placed it before you switched over to breakfast again my order was placed at 1:43. Trash didn’t even offer to switch me to breakfast meals just said he couldn’t make it and he cancelled the order

I came through the drive thru for breakfast like I've done dozens of times using the mobile app and was told that they couldn't acknowledge my deal after the deal went through. Was told that the manager couldn't make an adjustment to honor the deal and that I would have to either pay full price or get out of their line so I decided to leave. Both managers simply said that it's a dollar sandwich and the won't do it.

Just went through the drive thru 10 mins ago I get home , I orders 3 5$ bundles I have everything but my nuggets tried calling the store but nobody answered only one of my kids eat nuggets, an she didnt get them I spent 27$ an didnt get my shit! An of course they arent answering i live on a whole other side of town
Having people want 30-40 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous. Just say you’re closed or close the drive through. Nothing there should take 45min to cook
This place always wants you to put in a mobile order just to tell you to cancel and reput in your order because they don't see it on there end this has happened to me 5 times now in a row. They need to get there selfs together take orders like your suppose to do if your systems are messed up

I had a DoorDash order I was trying to pick up from your restaurant. I walked into the lobby like I usually do, but the employee very rudely told me the lobby was closed and that I had to use the drive-through.
After sitting in the drive-through line for several minutes, I called the store to ask for help. Instead of helping, the employee started arguing with me about why it was taking so long to get to the speaker. I asked her several times to stop arguing with me, but she kept going.
After waiting about 10 minutes, I called again, and that’s when she told me she told her employee not to serve me at all and that I wouldn’t be given the order. I’ve never dealt with such a hostile and unprofessional employee before, and it caused a huge issue with completing the customer’s order.

Went through the drive thru and first time they said “online only”. Went and placed my order on the app, went back through the drive thru and no one answered at the speaker, went to the window to see if they didn’t hear us and the woman was rude and barked at us to go back through the drive thru where -you guessed it- no one answered . Horrible service every time if you even get service at all
