I've placed a mobile order for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with LIGHT BUTTER AND LIGHT BREAKFAST SAUCE. and BOTH TIMES my bagel was harder than a rock!!! Do I have to have a pound of butter and sauce on my bagel for it to be softly toasted LIKE IT SHOULD BE... needless to say it was a wasted $12 BOTH TIMES and I'll never go to this store again.

It really shouldn't take 30 minutes to go through six cars in the drive through, but here we are. The staff is incredibly rude and they alternate between not seeming to know what to do and then arguing in the kitchen. It's been about a year since I was last here and things are still the same with it taking forever for people to get their food, a big line build up, and no one knowing what's going on. Management has to be to blame for this since its the only common factor after all this time.

Horrible experience the floors were oily and slippery the workers were just hanging around didn't seem to be interested in working people hanging out in the lobby and outside the doors asking for change horrible experience all the way around! I recommend try a different location

Out of burgers, out of ice, out of pies, out of cookies, no ice cream. Very disappointed in the management of this establishment. Feel bad for the backlash the employees got for this nightmare.

Horrible!!!! Drive down the street to a higher rated one!!!! You will probably get sick eating here. I got food poisoning 2 times and was sick as a dog. Most of the workers here are very rude. I feel bad for the few nice ones having to work with such people. Food I received from here was not even in the wrapper. It was hanging out, beef, cheese, buns and pickles hanging out all over the bag like this is some kinda build your own burger joint. Just don’t come here. It’s not worth your health.

Hilariously awful lmao pulled up to the window, lady was nice but gave my food to the car in front of me. Then I was told to pull forward and they would remake it and bring my food out. Sat there for 25 minutes and watched while employees were buying electronics out of someone's trunk in the parking lot... Finally got tired of waiting and went in to see what was going on, I kid you not, they forgot we were sitting out there lmao finally got our food and they forgot half the order. The only winner here is the guy who took my payment at the first window. Super friendly, but nothing could have prepared me for the shit show that I encountered at the pick up window lol
