This has got to be the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. The buns were rock hard. The fries were cold in the middle and very undercooked. The workers were slower than molasses. Wasted $20 on food just to get the worst experience I've ever had at a mcdonalds. This was unbelievable. I will not be returning here even if they offered me free food.

Used to be the best but I have to move to one star this is the sec time waiting in line getting skipped from other window this time 7 ppl ahead 3 that just pulled up, not to be hungry but if you cant rotate customers don't have 2 lines flat out.

They really know how to take the fast, out of fast food. 30 minutes in line and didn't even get my order. I could've sat down at a diner and been done faster.
I waited in front of the window for 31mins and watch people on their phone, get a large soda and start drinking it and laughing it up. 2 guys laughing and throwing french fries at each other and to top it off I got an attitude from the manger, plus my burgers and fries ice cold. Maybe the manger should be a manger and not their friend.

Went to this McDonalds on 2/9 at/abou 1:15 pm. We stood in line for 25 minutes while the woman (heavy set with brown hair) that was taking orders carried on a full conversation about jackets and what they have been up to. They even called over some woman (bleach blonde like hair and minimal teeth) to add to the conversation. Then I did the app thing, and that took a while cuz it took 2 of them to figure out how to make a iced coffee. Meanwhile I waited #274 for my order, where some employee with long orange braids and slippers and sweats went behind hte counter and pulled whatever she wanted for her 3 kids. I was asked 3 times 'what did you order?'. My coffee was NOT iced coffee with caramel which is what I ordered. BUt they way that they were all not working -- probably would have been closer to go to the Tim HOrtons next door. I ordered with NO pickle, well, my dbl cheeseburger and hamburger for my service dog were both WRONG! This is the worst McDonalds ever and I don't feel that it is right for employees NOT ON SHIFT at all (2 of them did it) to go behind the counter and grab whatever they want for their kids while we as customers are standing there waiting for like 1/2 hour and the order is still wrong!! This is unprofessional, wrong for those of us that were in line and waiting to be ignored 100% This location got a remodel, but it still is gross. The bathrooms were gross and looked like they haven't been cleaned in days. If I could give no stars -- I would.

Help me understand when things got so bad at fast food joints? My service here was as always terrible. The wait at the drive-thru speaker just to order was ridiculous. The staff had to ask me what I ordered after I paid, then took forever for my food. Bring back the friendly and prompt service we had in the early 90s, please. The food isn't worth the price any longer, and the friendliness of staff has gone to waste.

Great service everyone was really nice. Double cheese burger was good as well as the chicken nuggets and fries, the only problem was the temp on the food needed to be a little hotter. Of course the coke was great tasting.

The managers lie to your face constantly. Every Saturday that I order steak bagels, they give me the wrong order and lie about it. They tried to claim I ordered breakfast at 1035 when I ordered in the app at 1020. The managers have zero integrity and need to be fired.

The people who work here almost make you want to leave. I waited ten minutes when I was the only person there before a boy came to the window. He took my order and then turned around to his coworker and just talked for 15 minutes without doing anything involving my food. Finally, it got to the point where I had to leave because I was on my lunch break and have a job I care about and had to go back without getting any food. Thanks for wasting my lunch break and my life. NEVER GO HERE!
