Idk how you mess up a sausage biscuit but this place figured it out. The sausage seemed like it sat out over night then got reheated, the biscuit was just barely cooked all the way and was the crumbliest thing ever. When I picked it up from wrapper all the Bolton biscuit crumbled away except what was under my fingers.

I was doing an Uber order yesterday night. Went to the entrance to go and pick it up inside, just because I prefer going inside instead of the drive thru. One of the female employees just locked the door in my face without so much as a sideways glance! The other female employee, working the drive thru, was only slightly less rude. Some of the most disrespectful and miserable people I've had the misfortune of coming across. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs!

Just got lunch here.....had a large order. Drive through ppl were fine but when I got back to the job. I looked in the bag and none of the burgers were even wrapped just throw in bag all on top of each other... huge huge mess. Was unable to eat because everybody's food was meshed with the others mayo, ketchup, lettuce everywhere. Was so disappointed. Won't be doing this again. Wth

Never ordering from this McDonald's again. Seems like every time we order from this one, there's something missing or wrong. Tonight, for delivery, we ordered 3 meals. Somehow, we got 3 drinks and no meal. And one of the drinks was the wrong size. The dasher was nice enough to go back to the restaurant and recover the rest of the order but when he brought back the food, which he was assured was the rest of the order, it was still missing a kids meal. I went to the restaurant and when I got there, the lady I spoke to about my order seemed to be annoyed, but it's not really my fault that you guys can't make sure orders are getting out the door correctly. We have had multiple instances of this happening, so we're done. This seems to be a consistent issue with this store.

Watched the girl put sweet tea in the cup and into my carrier. When I asked if that was sweet tea or not she answered unsweetened. I said it was supposed to be sweet. Could tell that irritated the drive thru assistant. I was then asked to pull off to the parking spot and wait while the rest of my food would be done. Waited about 5 mins all for my food to come out cold! Fries soggy and cold, nuggets cold and hard. And my burgers was made correctly but VERY poorly. Like they took the extra time to hand smash each one down real thin. Buns and all! Oh and my favorite was the complementary attitude I got from the clerk that had to walk my not so freshly made food out to me. Shitty experience.

Ordered two big breakfasts for in house. It was brought to our table luke warm. Most of the tables were dirty. There play place windows were disgusting. We ordered from the kiosk and the number tents for the table were dirty. The cleanliness of this restaurant needs to be priority.

I went this morning to this McDonald's. This is my go to McDonald's once or twice a week, but this morning it was on point. I get the sausage egg mcmuffin with a folded egg and I got a hot chocolate. Wow, they were on point. Just want to say great job to the staff today.

Just went through the drive through didn't get my whole order called 4 times don't seem like the number on Google picks up then hangs up .. fries taste old and cold thanks. At a time where food is so expensive I just wanted to enjoy it !!!! Smh
Some entitled employee always has his truck parked in one of the CUSTOMER curbside spots. It’s obnoxious and ridiculous. The labeled area are for customers, not special employee spots.

Came in for a happy meal and instead got to hear the manager on duty yelling at the team and other customers. I usually have a good experience but the manager on shift at 1240pm today was cussing out her team is just unacceptable and in front of customers is completely unprofessional. I really hope some one does something because the experience today is a reason is a major reason why I won’t be coming to this location anymore.
