I love this place I get my coffee there every day the manager makes it really great in the morning usually McDonald's happy you can get coffee for $0.99 also Taylor was amazing she always does a great job

Ordered with Uber eats at the 4:30 am and had two drivers cancel because no one is doing their job! It says online and in the app that they are open but two drivers were not able to get in contact with any employees. Also called up there to be met with no answer. If you are supposed to be open then there is no excuse. Had no problem charging me though! Horrible customer service and will never order through this location again!

Ordered a large HOT coffee on June 9 2025 through the drive thru we drove away on our way to an appointment I took a drink and it was cold not luke warm but cold. Not happy !!!!
This is by fair the worst place McDonald’s ever … pull thru the drive thru at 330am they still had the lunch menu up and the guy said that it was breakfast but the menu doesn’t change until 4am well how am I supposed to see the breakfast menu if it’s not up

I’m old so I may be out of the loop when it comes to the definition of customer service in this day and age but whatever is going on with McDonald’s kiosk situation, has got to go. We order off the kiosk grab a table number, then they bring you your food? Do I tip them? The employee who brought our drinks didn’t say a word and also didn’t leave any straws. Is this what Covid has done to us? Other than that it was a sterile experience I hope I never have again. Disappointed in McDonald’s.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced. I was missing items from my order so I was told to go around when I get to the window again, I literally have the girl telling me they’re in the package. I show her they’re not in the package. I don’t know what she thought but she’s like you’re lying. I put them in there. What am I going to do take greasy sausage out individually and put them where exactly. I tried showing her that I do not have the items. She continued to yell and scream inside saying girl don’t piss me off and continued to yell that I was lying. I have never experienced this just trying to pick up my order. I would rather drive to Michigan I will never come back to this location. Straight ghetto.
