You truly cannot tell from the outside the gem this place really is. I used to come in here as a kid all the time when I was biking or skating downtown and it was the only place around that would welcome me in for cold water and AMAZING coleslaw.
I've grown up realizing this place is so much more and is always my go to place when I'm downtown. The owners and staff are all amazing people.
Go here if you want a nice, friendly, home cooked meal.

This place is an old-school, neighborhood bar. Good drinks, good atmosphere, good service. They had a brat and saurkraut special that was excellent. Side of Mac and Cheese was homemade and yummy. Topped off with a nice slice of cherry pie, and it was an excellent meal. Take the time to go downtown and you won't be disappointed.
