I’m not sure where to begin!? I came in with my husband and our 4 year old daughter to celebrate our anniversary. First, we were met with immediate kindness and we were seated in a quiet corner. The low lighting and soft music really felt like home. And we are an over the road trucking family so that is always a plus! Jay was our host and server and she was AMAZING!! ((There was a young lady who helped bring our boil out and she was also so nice!)) Jay was on top of everything and she was quick and made sure we were enjoying ourselves the whole time! She even made sure to make our anniversary dinner extra special!

Jay, if you read this, thank you so much!!! We will definitely try to make our way back and we hope to see you again soon!

Now, the food! Whew!! The seafood bread that we received before our actual meal.. My Lordt!! That bread was insane! Definitely created by Jesus Himself. Has to be!

We ordered the Happy Foursome and we had no idea that it was going to be so big! We couldn’t stop laughing! It literally took 2 people to carry it out. It was filled!! And the sauce was so delicious! We got the garlic butter w. Cajun (mild) and it had so much garlic! So flavorful! When we left I took all of the sauce! lol

We also got the Shrimp Fried Rice and an order of the Fried Calamari. Both were so yummy! The calamari was crunchy and flavorful, I definitely recommend you asking for a side of their mango salsa. It was ridiculously good!

My daughter opted for McDonald’s before we came so she just ordered a hot brownie. It comes warm and it’s so rich! She couldn’t finish it! We also got a cheesecake slice with raspberry drizzle. I personally have never had raspberry on a cheesecake and I’ve been missing out! Because it was so delicious!

They also have a bar and plenty of space for a larger party.

I would definitely recommend Million’s Crab! Whether you come solo or with a group! You’ll definitely leave full and planning your next visit!

Parking: For my trucker family, the parking is very spacious and they have surrounding parking lots for you to use while you dine in!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have walking ramps throughout! One to walk in and they have a ramp to get to and from your seat to the restrooms. Restrooms are spacious and are also wheelchair accessible.

Tried several times to place an order. Online ordering did not work on phones or computer. Tried calling in to the number listed on google and their website and it gives a Verizon disconnected message.

I went on a Friday night at 5:00. One person serving the whole restaurant at 5:00 and that's the waitress / bartender. Took forever just to get our two drinks. Wasn't busy at all there was probably three tables when we walked in. Food is okay not the best I probably would have had a better meal at Red lobster overpriced for the food. Calamari had no flavor whatsoever. I would not eat there again.

Food was over cooked and horribly greasy. My calamari was massively dried out and taste like dried out old rubber bands. My french fries were soaked in oil and that's all I could taste. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, there was no toilet paper or soap. For what I got, it was not worth the price.

This place used to be really good and we’d tell people to check it out ! But with tonight experience. Poor service , and even worse food. Sauce was way to thin.. I had extra veggies in my dish and sadly they was better then the seafood. Crawfish overcooked. I’m not one to shame someone . But I thought maybe because management was responding to comments things would be changing but that wasn’t the case. I HOPE things change for the best! Until then, I guess I’ll go somewhere else.

FYI to all my friends in the Toledo NW Ohio area. Do not eat at Millions Crabs. We went there tonight for supper for my birthday. We literally left most of our meal on the table. My daughter ordered a fish sandwich which she said was slimy and undercooked. My oldest son ordered a “lobster roll” which cost $18. It was just a very small split croissant type bun with mostly what tasted like Cole slaw inside it. (There were two black hairs in his food and none of us have black hair. When I said this to the manager, her response was that the cook doesn’t have hair like that either. ) My youngest son ordered a chicken sandwich and was served a fish sandwich which they brought to the table five minutes after bringing everyone else’s food. Julia ordered a fish sandwich and it was so flavorless that she didn’t realize it was the chicken sandwich intended for our son. When our youngest son got his “chicken” sandwich, he took one bite of it and immediately was repulsed because he does not like fish. The clam chowder was water with the smell of clams. Two of us ordered that and neither one of us could finish it. I ordered alligator bites, calamari, macaroni and cheese bites with bacon, 6 raw oysters on the half shell, and onion rings to be brought to the table for everyone to share. The taste of the alligator bites and the calamari was indistinguishable from each other. The oysters had not been detached from the shells and no knife was provided to cut them away from them. They had zero flavor. For the very first time in my life, I felt compelled to salt oysters! Our grandson ordered chicken tenders and fries. Only one mixed drink was in the entire order. Our original bill was $178!! What they got right out of the entire meal was the macaroni and cheese bacon bites, the grandson’s chicken tenders, and the fries. The mixed drink was correctly made. My wife finished her sandwich, but she had eaten too much of it to trade with our son after they realized the error the cook made in switching their sandwiches. They knocked off $50 dollars from the meal after I called the manager to the table and showed her how little more than a bite had been taken from each entree. Frankly, if I had seen how much food was left, I would have comped the entire meal. It was so bad, we were actually laughing about it saying we would stop at McDonald’s on the way home. Due to our schedules, we had drove in separate cars. I let the rest of the family leave so they could avoid hearing the confrontation. I drive past Millions Crabs on almost a daily basis, since it is on the same road I take when I am going to any other destination in Toledo. It is a relatively new restaurant and it rarely has more than a couple of cars in the parking lot. Now I know why.

The service was excellent Tierra my server was also on point with our drinks. I diffently recommend coming to this restaurant

The food sucked the fried oysters were gross no seasoning its like they dipped them in wet flour with no seasoning and fried them gross yall need to use corn meal or fish fry and that lobster roll was small and didn't taste good what ever the sweet stuff was on it need to go the food to pricey to be mid ?
