This place used to be really good and we’d tell people to check it out ! But with tonight experience. Poor service , and even worse food. Sauce was way to thin.. I had extra veggies in my dish and sadly they was better then the seafood. Crawfish overcooked. I’m not one to shame someone . But I thought maybe because management was responding to comments things would be changing but that wasn’t the case. I HOPE things change for the best! Until then, I guess I’ll go somewhere else.

FYI to all my friends in the Toledo NW Ohio area. Do not eat at Millions Crabs. We went there tonight for supper for my birthday. We literally left most of our meal on the table. My daughter ordered a fish sandwich which she said was slimy and undercooked. My oldest son ordered a "lobster roll" which cost $18. It was just a very small split croissant type bun with mostly what tasted like Cole slaw inside it. (There were two black hairs in his food and none of us have black hair. When I said this to the manager, her response was that the cook doesn't have hair like that either. ) My youngest son ordered a chicken sandwich and was served a fish sandwich which they brought to the table five minutes after bringing everyone else's food. My wife ordered a fish sandwich and it was so flavorless that she didn't realize it was the chicken sandwich intended for our son. When our youngest son got his "chicken" sandwich, he took one bite of it and immediately was repulsed because he does not like fish. The clam chowder was water with the smell of clams. Two of us ordered that and neither one of us could finish it. I ordered alligator bites, calamari, macaroni and cheese bites with bacon, 6 raw oysters on the half shell, and onion rings to be brought to the table for everyone to share. The taste of the alligator bites and the calamari was indistinguishable from each other. The oysters had not been detached from the shells and no knife was provided to cut them away from them. They had zero flavor. For the very first time in my life, I felt compelled to salt oysters! Our grandson ordered chicken tenders and fries. Only one mixed drink was in the entire order. Our original bill was $178!! What they got right out of the entire meal was the macaroni and cheese bacon bites, the grandson's chicken tenders, and the fries. The mixed drink was correctly made. My wife finished her sandwich, but she had eaten too much of it to trade with our son after they realized the error the cook made in switching their sandwiches. They knocked off $50 dollars from the meal after I called the manager to the table and showed her how little more than a bite had been taken from each entree. Frankly, if I had seen how much food was left, I would have comped the entire meal. It was so bad, we were actually laughing about it saying we would stop at McDonald's on the way home. Due to our schedules, we had drove in separate cars. I let the rest of the family leave so they could avoid hearing the confrontation. I drive past Millions Crabs on almost a daily basis, since it is on the same road I take when I am going to any other destination in Toledo. It is a relatively new restaurant and it rarely has more than a couple of cars in the parking lot. Now I know why. #millionscrabs

We were hungry but not sure for what and didn't see many cars in the lot. We decided to take a chance on Million's. The restaurant was clean. We were the only ones in the restaurant so we immediately were skeptical. Our server Tierra was very nice and helpful. We had been to another place before that did the seafood boil. It came as expected in a bag! (A previous review complained about a bag, what do you expect it's a boil) I got the A combo and my wife got the special. We ordered crab cake balls but they were out. Would have like to try those. Got coconut shrimp was good. Would have been better with a better sauce like a fruity sauce to play off the coconut. The boil itself had a ton of food and the millions sauce was excellent! Had some seafood bread I dipped in the sauce as well. Overall, very happy and will return if we are in the area!

The food sucked the fried oysters were gross no seasoning its like they dipped them in wet flour with no seasoning and fried them gross yall need to use corn meal or fish fry and that lobster roll was small and didn't taste good what ever the sweet stuff was on it need to go the food to pricey to be mid ?

Amazing! My family was here for spring break and we were so fortunate to have found this place. Service is good, food is amazing. I had so much shrimp my stomach started to hurt and bucket was only half empty by then! Oh dear .Very tasty! I'm so happy that I accidentally found this restaurant during my Spring Festival trip. There was so much food that my stomach hurt. Fortunately, it was very delicious, and Mr. Son ate it all up.Highly recommend everyone to visit

This place has a catchy serving style and food tasted good. Was able to add vegetable to our food. There was a lot of fat of some sort in the prep. Restaunt needs a remodel and clean up. Strange things stored in path to restroom and they had sticky floors and needed a deep clean.

First time going, service was excellent! Shout out to Latonya. As far as the food…. Fries were over cooked no potato left inside, breaded mushrooms were bland, lobster roll is very small and couldn’t even taste or see lobster in it. Crab and shrimp in boil was over cooked also. So $103.00 later wont go again. Chairs were sticky, windows not clean and carpet mats dirty.
Fantastic job! Our server, Tierra, was excellent. We ordered a huge boil that came out in a very nice tray / presentation. Would come again!

My family doesn't like seafood but wanted to surprise me for supper. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. However the food was inedible. I ordered head on shrimp & crawfish. My husband & son ordered chicken strips & fries. The chicken strips looked funky and they could not bring themselves to eat them. When my boil came out everything looked and smelled amazing until I started digging around. I was served rotten shrimp!!!! Some of them were completely black and falling apart. When I showed my waitress she was even disgusted. I asked for a new boil with peeled shrimp. They literally picked the rotten shrimp out of my bag and added new cooked & peeled shrimp to it. And the only reason I knew this is because I had eaten a partial cob of corn and saw a brown spot on a potato with the 1st boil bag and sure enough with the 2nd boil bag I found that same spotted potato and half eaten cob of corn!!! I am absolutely disgusted and now I'm terrified I'm going to get ill. We will never return. We didn't get a discount or even a price break. I do not recommend

The waitress wasn’t friendly nor around. The bathrooms were nasty and had no soap in the dispensers nor the giant refill bottle sitting out. My food wasn’t edible, the calamari was greasy but the boil was ok. Wasn’t a fan of the flavor but my friends crab legs were good. Won’t be back. I can see why the waitresses had Taco Bell and there was no one in there on a weekend during prime time. Wasn’t cheap either.Edit: more detail? The place was a dump, I would have walked out but my companions were looking forward to it. My food was gross. The clams were shriveled up, the pasta was cold with no flavor. The boil IMO was way over done with spices that were not pleasant and I ordered the lemon butter or garlic butter one, the picture is what I got. I wouldn’t have eaten it, I tried it, but the kids ate it. The waitress just wasn’t nice, I don’t even care about that, but she barely came around, I had to get up and ask for a refill. Yes you had paper towels but no soap, soap is the important one. I can’t believe you have any good reviews. It was a Saturday night and there were 5 tables of people in there, there’s a reason. I was actually worried I was going to get food poisoning by the looks of the place which is why I ordered a pasta dish instead of the lobster roll. You need new staff, a new look ( maybe get the Applebees chairs out), and get fresh seafood. You can’t compete with the amazing seafood places in Toledo. I spend 115$ on 3 people and ate when I got home. I would have given you one star but I was trying to be nice. I didn’t complain then bc what would I say? The food is inedible, which was obvious bc I didn’t eat it. Im certainly not going to ask for a manager or tell the waitress she sucks. I’m sure you would have made it right. I’m just giving my honest review bc I look at these when I go out. You have an advantage bc there’s not a lot of option for a boil around here. Just needs a redo or you’ll be out of business soon. I doubt I’m a one off.
