I ordered the Shawarma entree with mixed meat. I was told it would be 15 minutes which was fine thinking it would be fresh. What I received was a plate with some small cuts of chicken and the lamb -- both cold! The chicken was dry and tasteless. I received soggy, cold fries, too. I requested that the fries be recooked They did give me a new small batch. The new fries were hot, but limp as a noodle. Perplexing. The Greek salad was good. Very disappointed overall. Won't return. There are far too many places to get shawarma and more.

I ordered âjumbo shrimpâ and got coconut butterfly shrimp. Big difference. It was also overcooked. I asked the clerk for cocktail sauce and all they had was tartar sauce. She thought that cocktail sauce and tartar sauce was the same. Didnât have the shawarma but they make it differently from how itâs made in the Detroit area. It is not made with coleslaw here.
I got the feeling that the restaurant is new. Hopefully theyâll work out the kinks and get better.
Word of advice to the restaurant owners - stick with Mediterranean food.
Only complaint is they were busy, which is good for them! Food was fantastic, like really good. I donât even care my side of garlic sauce was forgotten (sandwich was saucy enough) and the online order site and in-store menu show the lunch special coming with a drink but the screen for employees doesnât include it. Probably wouldnât order fries again and skip the meal deal and just get sandwich and then hummus on side for less.
