So my cousin went to Mr hero about 7:48 she got there p.m. she said that the manager going to say they don't have no hot water so that's why they had to close 20 minutes early. That don't make sense because of young lady was in there mopping the floor so she using cold water. The place usually has great hospitality. However today I could not get a simple sandwich because I was 13 minutes late.

There were 3 ladies workin a line out the door the ladie at the register was amazin n fast and the lady’s n the back cookin was fast n on point my wife had half her sub done before I could even put mayo on my sub and she moaned n said this is the sub I’ve been lookin for (it was her first time at me hero so I jus wanted to let the ladies that day kno u all did great n ur an awesome team n keeep up the good work appreciate u ladies we had a wonderful lunch date

I had the Italian and it was good. I got full on half a sandwich. But I kept going because I'm a big back 😂 The tuna sandwich was ok.
