I placed an order Saturday Sept 11, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. through the website, and went up 20 minutes later to pick up my order. Restaurant was closed up with hours posted showing they close at 8:30 everyday...so why was it closed at 7:20? And more important, why was my money taken and still nobody is answering the phone (Monday, Sept 13th from 10:45 a.m. until now)? If you are closed, why would you allow for orders to be made? I will never return after this experience, which is a shame because I never had a bad experience with Nar before.Update: as of September 16th I have been told by their employee and management I would have my refund by Tuesday Sept 14th, and of course I didn't get it. I have been given the runaround by management and by the employees, apparently they have no problem taking your money even when the restaurant is closed, but good luck getting it back when they keep pushing you off and hoping you just give up on asking. They don't seem to understand that taking someone's money in exchange for goods or services is STEALING unless you receive the product or service. This is the worst experience I've had with a restaurant. I highly recommend you don't waste your money here because who knows if they'll even be open for you to receive your order.

Mis information about your hours on multiple platforms is going to start killing your customer base. Many people try to order food when it says your open, but really you're closed. Uber eats allows orders to be made when your not open. Google has wrong hours posted still. Atleast your site prevents orders when closed... but still says you're opened. UPDATE YOUR HOURS EVERWHERE! shouldn't take months to update......

I like their food, it is very fresh and flavorful. Get a bowl or a wrap. Toppings are very generous and their pita bread is made in house. Sometimes the rice in the bowls is dried out too much. I have had this happen a few times. The falafel wrap is one of my favorites and consistently good. Other than the rice issue my only complaint/feedback is that they don't give nearly enough pita bread for their side of hummus. One small round piece of pita bread for an entire bowl of hummus is NOT adequate. It should come standard with at least 3-4 pieces. And if you pay for extra bread you should get more than one piece. Just my opinion and the reason for only 4 stars.

Nar is literally incredible Lebanese/Mediterranean food. Best baklava in Toledo. Mujadara rice bowl with falafel, hummus and fixings is incredible every time. I would recommend not deep frying falafel the full four minutes.

I wasted my time driving up here today google says they are open till ten. Then there is a paper on the door that say they are open every day till 8:30. I showed up at 8 and it was closed. Update your google hours or stick with the door hours or something

It lists 10PM closing time but I've went to order twice at 9 & once at 20 after but the page lists that it's not taking orders, annoying.Edit: Too bad about the change in hours, I liked most of the food but work 3rd & next to never eat that early, this city needs more places that are open to at least 10PM, I'm sick of pizza. :-/

NAR used to be my go to place for falafel and hummus but the last three times I ordered the falafel it was hard and overily cooked! I order through DD and made a note in the comment section asking them to make sure the falafel isn’t overly cooked this time and I suppose someone took offense to my request

Terrible quality and quantity! The grape leaves I ordered were basically rolled up leaves with very little rice and lamb, they were also soggy and flimsy! I ordered a bowl of hummus not a side of hummus and got a very small amount of hummus to the point I could see the bottom of the bowl! Very disappointed in this place! Paid $25.00 thru Uber eats to eat what I got and still be hungry it’s a shame the quality and quantity that they served me!

I placed my order online and paid. When I arrived, the door was locked and a few customers were standing by the door. One man was banging on the door. After ten or fifteen minutes, they finally unlocked the door. When I go inside, the woman tells me she was in an accident so they weren’t open. BUT then a woman comes in and says “I placed an order 2 weeks ago and never got my food. I called many times and no one answered.” UM WHAT. If you cannot fulfill your orders, shut down your online ordering. While my pita was delicious, I was late and couldn’t even deliver my boyfriends food as his meeting already started. I really want to eat here again but it’s not a guarantee I will even get my food.

I went in to pick up a door dash, I stood there for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything to me or anyone else who walked in behind me. 2 people were already there. I smiled the one time an employee glanced in my direction and got nothing back. I understand it’s hard working right now because everywhere is short staffed, I also waitress so I know this. but it’s not my job to greet you. You can at least let me know it’s going to be a minute or just ask me how I’m doing or something. Not just blatantly ignore me and everyone else that walks in. Rude. I left without my DoorDash order.
I really wanted to enjoy this more than I did. I got chicken shawarma and hummus. The hummus was kind of plain and the chicken was dry. The garlic sauce was really underwhelming.

I get the chicken shwarma and its delicious! Also the customer service is top notch. They were super busy when i came in for lunch and the manager felt bad for me waiting (even though i didnt mind) so he hooked me up with my lunch. I will continue coming back and i will pay it forward for the good deed the manager did for me!
