Order was for 4 hotdogs and 2 shakes, for 25 dollars?? They got the order wrong , the shakes were terrible, went back and waited to get the order right, they took the opened hotdogs back and replaced them again without cheese, when we told them the shakes were awful they said sorry that's how they are made ,practically threw them back at us after they took them in the drive in window, telling me it was a health violation risk ,like it was my fault,(of course they had no trouble taking the opened hotdogs back). The lady who responded to my request was rude and not in any way courteous. I will never ever go back they can keep all their awful food and attitude!!

I went through the drive-thru and the attitudes of the young workers need an adjustment. There's no reason to be rude and look like you're mad at the world. If you're not happy, change jobs!

Poor customer service. Hands me a rootbeer float dripping pop down the sides. Ask for napkins hands me 1 napkin can't even bring the cup into my car holding out the window. Just looks at me.

Horrible experience, the servers were extremely rude!!!!! I asked for a Caramel apple slushy and I even asked for extra Carmel. They gave me NONE! When I asked the server she LOOKED ME RIGHT IN MY EYES AND TOLD ME A BOLD FACE LIE! She said there was Caramel. I will upload the photo, you guys be the ones to tell me if y’all can spot the caramel. Because I could not see it nor taste it!!!!

The person who served us cussed at us when she made a mistake and said to f-off and when we called manager later we were told we probably deserved it...not the netty's I remember from before covid . ..servers are terrible...buns on hot dogs are stale and it seems the management doesn't care...not worth the trouble....maybe Rudy's is worth the extra mile to drive after all...or ideal hot dog .. BUT NOT NETTYS THEY ARE THE WORST ...THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE IN THE SERVERS AND GET ON INSPECTION OF THE QUALITY OF FOOD SERVED IMMEDIATELY.
