Ordered a small butterscotch sundae (which costs $4.75) and no butterscotch was in it. Might as well have gotten a quart of vanilla ice cream, could have gotten two actually for that price! And then we gave them a $2.50 tip as well. Never will I come here again for this garbage.

First visit. The service was relatively quick the staff were young and kinda distracted, but I did get the correct order kinda . I ordered chili dogs with mustard and onion I got a chili dog with very little mustard or onions. The hotdog was small and it wasn’t very pleasing to the eye - the hotdog was not bad. I don’t know if I will return for a second trip. Mixed feelings

My family and I went around 7:30 tonight, and it wasn't busy. I ordered ice cream, and it was made incorrectly. When I asked for it to be remade, I was met with a rude response and annoyance. They remade it, and it was wrong again! My original ice cream was chocolate; they remade it with a twist. When I said this was wrong, too, the girl running the window continued to be rude and didn't offer to remake it and make it right, so I just drove away because at that point, I just assumed they weren't capable of doing it. Customer service isn't a priority to these young ladies at all. It's a shame because this location has been here a long time, and the owners deserve employees who are kind and capable of doing a good job.

VERY rude staff. I’ve gone to this netty’s a handful of times and every. single. time. i have gone the staff was incredibly rude. multiple times i have not received my entire order and when i notify the staff i am met with huffs and puffs and snarky replies.
I went through the drive-thru around 5:30 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The entire staff on duty was rude and displayed poor customer service. I witnessed them being disrespectful to multiple customers, including the person in front of me, whose root beer float was made incorrectly and began overflowing. Rather than correcting the issue, the employees laughed in her face.
Additionally, the employee who handed me my ice cream seemed rushed and impatient, and I hadn’t even received my full order yet. Overall, the staff appeared unprofessional and lacking proper supervision.

I had Netties quite a few years ago and I wasn't a fan. But I visited Nettie's on Monday and I have to admit it's one of the best hot dogs I've eaten in Toledo. I don't know what happened to Rudy's hot dogs but this bypass Rudy's by a big margin. So as far as I'm concerned this is the best hot dog in Toledo.
