If I could give 10 stars to nothing Bundt cake on Central Avenue I definitely would. I had ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday last minute on a Sunday. I didn’t know they closed at 3 o’clock them wonderful ladies called us and let us know they were closing and said they would wait if we could get there fast and boy did I drive fast And we picked up the cake in time for my daughter birthday what an amazing crew and the fact that they waited for me to rush over and pick it up before they closed it’s just so wonderful!! This is truly top-tier customer service and you just don’t find this selfless consideration for what totally would’ve been my fault. Thank you so much to those ladies working today. My daughter is going to be so happy.

Have ordered cake from the Florida location before, and was happy to find one here in Toledo, great cake, quality and presentation, and very well packed for delivery too. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Employees were immature and unfriendly, service took forever, and the cakes were stale. Incredibly unhappy with the service, the girl who took my order seemed very friendly and nice to the white couple on front of me, but cold and short with me (black). I would never patronize a business that treats it’s customers like that.

The owners and managers speak horribly of their employees. It's not an experience the customer wants to hear. They are unprofessional, and the comments and behavior are quite racist.
Do yourself a favor and don''t shop here. It's a shame as it's a good product with a horrible management team lacking in professionalism.

I'm a regular customer at this Sylvania location for years, And always get the Bundtinis without frosting self pick. The Manager always accommodate my Schedule and does for me close to Their closing time. She even did it for me at one minute before they close! Today, for the first time , 25 minutes before closing, a new worker refused to take my order claiming that she can’t do it even though it’s always has been done for me before! Very disappointing experience.
Taylor the "Owner" seemed to be very unprofessional. During my visit I heard her gossiping about one of the employees and how horrible of a person they are. The things I heard Taylor say would NEVER be acceptable and I would never repeat to anyone, let alone a coworker. I would not recommend supporting a business with these low class work ethics. Take your business elsewhere..
