I went in to get my son a vegan option for his birthday. When I walked in the person who I assume is the owner, was lecturing his staff very loudly and sounded very disrespectful. Somebody obviously had done something he didn’t like and everybody was going know about it including me the customer. While I was checking out I glanced to the back of the kitchen area where he was still going on about something to a young girl, she looked absolutely miserable. I have no context of what was going on other than I felt very uncomfortable as a customer and he honestly seem to be the source of everybody’s misery. I have young daughters with jobs and I would not want them to be working in that environment.

I’ve ordered a number of items from OB and have yet to find one I didn’t love. I ordered a cookie cake and apple pie for a work party and both were a big hit, even with my colleagues who aren’t GF or DF. Their coffee cake bread and brownies are my personal favorites.

We were so happy to find a dedicated gluten free bakery in Sylvania, Ohio just outside Toledo. Organic Bliss is located just a few minutes off the northwest part of the 475 freeway, so it is an easy stop to pick up some goodies or lunch. All baked goods are gluten free! The deli menu includes hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, and sides all of which can be made gluten free. Our sandwiches and the baked goods we took home were delicious! There is no indoor dining, however there are tables outside on the patio area if weather permits. Visit, enjoy the food, and give support to a real GF shop.

Everyone there is a great help!! The food is delicious!! When I tell you that the Frosted Cutouts are THE BEST IVE EVER HAD... and i can bake. They are Gf, Vg and Df.. and somehow still amazing !! Well done everyone, well done!!

My wife is severely allergic to dairy. They claim shit is vegan yet they must use butter or something because she almost died from their stupid zucchini wrap. Which she stated several times she can’t have dairy and they claimed several times it was vegan.

On our first visit there, our party of 8 was asking questions. The young girl behind the counter was annoyed that we weren't ordering quick enough. She even said she'd come back to the counter when we decided what we wanted. I'm hoping this was a one-time issue and not a daily treatment of customers. We were the only ones in there the entire time.

Came here for a sandwich from the deli. I don't know exactly what was organic. I think that out of all the sammys they had there was one organic bun, and one organic (vegetarian) bean burger. No organic produce, no organic meats, cheeses, toppings for sammys. They should change the name of the place to "Gluten free bliss", or something, because there isnt anything organic about the deli side of the business. I will say that the sammys that we did order were good, but we felt kind of misled.

On a road trip through the area, we stopped in for lunch. We hadn't realized that there was no indoor seating, but it was a nice day for a picnic. We ordered three sandwiches and sides (vegan and vegetarian). The food was freshly prepared and yummy. Lots of vegetarian dishes but not a lot of vegan protein options. Drinks were in a cooler case for display only- not cold, and we were given the wrong one.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. A couple vegan options, not many with a protein source though.
