I go here a lot, today 2/15 I stopped by while doing some deliveries and grabbed lo mein and chicken teriyaki plate. I finally get a chance to sit down and eat about an hour later. Add the teriyaki sauce and stir the noodles and THERE'S A LADY BUG UNDER ALL MY NOODLES. I tried to call and couldn't get an answer. I paid 11 bucks for my lunch to not have bugs!

Extremely poor service. When there is an entree item available that is not on the app because they ran out the night before and the staff cannot figure out how to get it back online. So they refuse to substitute it when there is no way for me to order it in the app. I was going to place the order. And they simply needed to substitute orange chicken with honey sesame, which is the same price.

I was the only one in drive thru how did you guys manage to forget one of my items??? I was on lunch so I don’t have time to come back and sort it out so feel like I’ve had money stolen from me. Pretty upsetting for my first visit here. I just recommend paying more attention. I will not be coming back.

Wayyyy too much vegetables in the noodles. I could smell it as soon as I got the bag, that it was going to be another messed up batch. This place is really good if they make the food right. Probably 1 out of 5 times they will make it the right way. Also I feel like when they are out of something they will just give you orange chicken instead and hope you dont check the box. This has happened to me multiple times. I’ve also had very burnt beijing beef… always a gamble here.

I ordered a steak bowl they always say are you OK with the extra dollar 25 and then they give me four pieces of steak she said take your time to write a survey my cream cheese, Ragu or cold but you can tell double fried soaked in oil I seen they had a 1.5 star rating and I still came
