Went through the drive through, got home, only to realize they give me someone else’s food. I drove all the way back(30 mins +) to get my proper food and they never apologized, they just stated that “yeah we realized we gave you the wrong food.”

I got the bigger plate chow main old dry 2 honey chicken dry old but eatable at least and one sweet fire chicken was not eatable had a awful taste like bitter was very bad service was good very nice but food was awful Monroe Street location your boycotted

Absolutely outstanding experience! I was new to Panda Express and wasn’t sure what to order, but Michael D went above and beyond to help me out. His customer service was top-notch, super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made my first visit not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful.
