Food was good as always. And I understand it was a busy day today but it doesn’t mean the spoons and plates should be dirty with food stuck on it and hair in the food. They don’t wear hairnets. It didn’t make me feel good to eat at all.

I ordered from DoorDash but my order was terrible didn’t receive the right items my soup was supposed to be chicken noodle but was literally just broth and to top in off I found a bug in my lettuce of my sandwich I’m so disgusted

I got broccoli cheddar soup,it was thick and delicious!! Was helped by makile on register, he was excellent and very warm, my food was given to me by Selena, she has the most beautiful eyes and her smile is so radiant!! I really liked this spot I will be coming back for the soup.

Love Selena! She radiated warmth with her smile and was super friendly and helpful! I was sad they were out of bread bowls. A customer was angry, but Selena handled it so gracefully - what a great employee.

I remember way back when Panera first opened. Everything was fresh and delicious. Then, for a number of years, it seemed that the quality went down. However, I think this company has made a resurgence. The food is not gourmet, but it’s good. It’s healthy. And you generally get a good value. I typically get the black bean soup and the harvest chicken salad. You can tell that the people who work there are really trying, and they care.

I like the Perrysburg location. Today I chose the Talmadge Rd location and it felt really uncomfortable. Workers not very sociable just str8 2 the point. It was uneasy since I walked in. Thought it was just me but it’s when I was trying to get hot water the bin was empty my friend asked for a cup of hot water since it was out and the guy walked from behind just grabbed the container and ween I said all I need is a cup of hot water he said I’m getting it. SMH. I prefer Perrysburg location.

Justin always makes sure drive-thru service is exceptional for customers. On the very rare occasion something is missing, he goes out of his way to make it right. Food is also great, plus the Sip Club and app make for a reasonably priced and convenient experience.

My boyfriend and I visit this Panera very often. Service is very quick and everyone is so nice! Amber especially is always so kind when she greets us and makes sure we're happy with every visit!
When you order through doordash they assume you are a driver. Not that it should matter. But there's a difference. Food isn't all of that. If you need bland. Good place to work or meet someone. This location is off I the cut by the mall.

So I don’t normally rate a restaurant due to a DoorDash issue. But this time all parties are to blame. I orderded 2- Asiago bagel sandwhiches and iced vanilla latte. For some reason the asiago breakfast sandwiches where put in two seperate bag. So the Doordash driver only delivered the latte and the one asiago breakfast sandwich. I contacted DoorDash & was credited for the missing sandwich. This is where it gets interesting. I had ordered the extra sandwich for a coworker that had done me a favor in the past. So I gave the sandwich to my coworker. I still was hungry. So I ordered another Asiago breakfast sandwhich. & a cinnamon crunch bagel. Panera still had the undelivered sandwhich(from an hour ago) on the counter. The driver was given that instead of my order. That included the breakfast sandwich & cinnamon crunch bagel. DoorDash offered me a refund of $10.38 when the total order was $20.99. I called and spoke to Leah at Panera. She told me there was nothing they could do about it. So if you want your order done right. Go get it yourself. Definitely go to a different Panera than the one on Talmadge. Because they dont pay attention to detail. 9 out of 10 times they will screw up an order, that you paid good money for. Then they tell you there is nothing that they can do to help. Thanks but no thanks Leah & Panera bread. Epic fail on your part.
