I had gone in for the classic take two which I got chicken noodle soup and a chicken BLT, plus a tea and a fruit cup. The girl doing the orders had accidentally tipped my food over as it was takeout and I noticed it leaking in my car. Not a big deal, just had to go back in to grab a new bag. Not only did she give me another soup, but another fruit cup and bread. Super apologetic, just very sweet. And the girl by the bakery said hi and goodbye to me. Great customer service!

I was just there and went through drive thru.I ordered pick 2, a 1/2 tuna sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheese soup.I got home and there was a cup of Mac cheese in the bag and not my oder.the other order for a Ceasars salad and bacon ranch sandwich was correct. disappointed

Every time I come in the door delivery they want to see my phone but I watch three people go in front of me yes they was white and they didn't ask to see their phone or nothing they just gave them the bag this is a form of racism you want to see every black person's phone but not the white people why not I wouldn't recommend here especially if you're black and picking up orders

Paid $6.19 for a cup of soup, fine but their help doesn’t even sprinkle the pumpkin seeds that go on it. If I was eating in, I’d just go to the counter. Got all the way home and didn’t even get what I paid for!

Went there today (Friday), still during lunch. They were out of asiago bagels, plain bagels and everything bagels. Cancelled my order and left. MGMT. Should know when it is chilly out you're going to sell a lot of soup and bagels! Disappointed
